Hi, i'm using same printer for labels but is giving multiple pages for a single print, how can i fix this

Don't buy Zebra Printer. Cable doesn't connect properly because of this issue printer goes offline. Also black paper is coming out along with printed label. Unable to reach support team on calls as their numbers are invalid.
