FIXING 2 INVERTER TYPE AIRCONDITIONS, NEED TO FIX ASAP!

We have two aircondition onboard which are specifically installed for the Bridge equipment. this is to maintain the required temperature for the navigational equipment. But for today both of them are not working and I need to fix them as soon as possible.
Here is the troubleshooting procedure I carried out for this airconditions.

Adding coil coating to any of your exposed copper will help with oxidation and rust.

Is that amount of rust typical with the amount of ocean salt in the air? I'm far from the coast so seeing that on a 5 year old cooling unit would have me looking for leaking current or chemical reaction

salt water and rust go real well together LOL and i doubt they warranty it LOL

Rust is what this job so much harder. Everything that is outside are all corroded in some degree
