  • AIRCONDITION TROUBLESHOOTING, FROM 25 °C to 18 °C. THINGS WE DIF TO IMPROVE OUR SHIP AIRCONDITION
    The Aircondition onboard is not cooling the Accommodation properly when I get onboard. Checking the condition, we started doing the leak check and brazed the source after that.
    Cleaning of filters was also carried out as well as the topping up of the refrigerant.
    There is one important system connected to this Aircondition and that is the LT cooling system. This is the cooling system responsible for the condenser side of the aircon.
    After carrying out all of these steps, the onboard aircondition was improved.

    Idol lecky do have experienced elevator trouble F21 error as maker from hyundai elevators unable to run continuous from E deck down to 3Rd engine room but from every 2floor it is working.

      calibrate the floor, run the lift from the longest distance and from where it will stop the check the floor level

      Tnz for reply idol actually we did self calibration run to end to end still the same as F21 error says anti stall error we still wait from maker reply

    You have alow delta T syndrome your delta T should be 10° this system is not efficient at all. Its also an old system, the new system have 12-14° delta T more efficient and less water flow (GPM) and a smaller Hp Pump😅

    Ok so you've mafe improvements on the chillef water supply temperature of 24°C = 75.2°F to 18°C = 64.4°F a 6° drop. Now you have a 6° delta T on your chilled water circuit. But you fail to tell us how you did it. You either had to clean the water side of tbe AHU (air handler unit) and also the water side of the AHU. Come on pleade this is child play. Tell us what type of chiller you use and wethervis aircooled, or water cooled. The type of compressor screw reciprocating or centrifugal. Also show us the chiller, this video is not educational you're being too ambiguous and are hiding too much imformation. You gotta do better then this! Really!!!
