What are the insulin sensitizers you mean Sir?
One side drug for insulin secretion which means insulin is low or insufficient. How will it become insulin resistant? Couldn't understand. What is to be the normal insulin levels?

Sir , my HbA1C is more than 7% and my P.P sugar is 200+ (not more than 230) and my age is 35 , my weight is 82 kgs and current serum creatinine is 1.1 .
My doctor suggested we need to go with insulin for me , can you suggest about insulin usage at my age is correct ?

Metformin is enough if proteinuria occurs means then we will start u on dapagliflozin to reduce it. But please follow sunrise to sunset method of eating with low carbs + moderate protein + exercise
I got diabetes 18yrs,I took tablets for 8yrs then insulin for 7yrs now and my sugar arranged to 6-8, am facing a problem of zero sermens but I was n't like that before I need your advise to overcome thank you
