- When we last toured Frank's workshop, he had just moved into a new 2000 square foot space with new infrastructure to support scaled up projects. One year later, we get a tour of his latest upgrades, including custom tool storage, paint spray booth, and digital fabrication machines like 3D printers and a laser cutter!

Thanks for watching! - Věda a technologie
Thanks for watching everyone! I'm pretty proud of the workspace that I have put together!
Frank Ippolito You should be, it's awesome! Thanks for showing us around!
skeddit
It sure is nice to have the room to keep stuff organized. My garage is not a sixth the size of your shop. So stuff ends up on top of each other here.
It's a nice workspace indeed! And "the Martian project" makes me really curios...
I think for cans cabinet you should add colored labels, I have that at my place and it helps people that are not completely used to the workshop find cans quicker.
Love workshop tours. Thanks for the tour Frank.
The pegboard system for paint cans and a lot of hand tools is a nice touch. It's a brilliant way to utilize that space.
That was easily my favorite part.
Absolutely, this i the number one thing I am going to bring into my next shop
really cool place. I love seeing all these different sort of shops and how people try to keep it organized
The enthusiasm you guys have is so infectious, to work in such a creative environment must be so fulfilling, thanks for sharing, keep up the excellent work.
Looking great! I had a blast visiting back in November!
Norm.. You're the man. Keep up the good work dude.
Thanks for the tour! It looks like a wonderful place to be creative. I´m glad to see how it grows.
Such an awesome workspace!!!Thanks so much for sharing!!
That is so cool and so many great ideas for using space to get the best out of it. Will be using many of your great ideas. Keep up the great work and look forward to seeing your future videos
glad to see the upgrades, its looking great. hard to believe its been a year. I'm just waiting for next years "Franks new building!"
omg....I have shop envy ! Very nice space! Congrats on needing that much space!
looking good Frank - now I just need to find the time to finish organizing my shop
Love. Sweet setup Frank!
Tremendous! Love the organizational ideas--I'm going to use them for my guitar workshop!
Martian Project Progress CONFIRMED!!!
What an amazing space! Frank is the man!
The new shop's looking great Frankie!
I'm a little jealous. 😁
That's a super sweet shop...I love alot of your organization cabinets...
Hey Frank, thanks for the airbrush cart idea. Fantastic shop.
Cool work space Frank. I wouldn't mind going to work there. Love the storage for your spray cans, such a neat idea.
Very nice - especially all the natural light!
Love the shop - and loved the Rancor? on top of the tool rack too!
the peg board cabinets was genius! loved it
i love the tested crew! i don't know why but you guys give me a general hope for the future :)
I like this kind of content. Those peg board drawers are brilliant.
lots of great ideas in this video
Very nice! It’s been put on my heart to open a maker’s space and you gave me a few great ideas! I realize that this was 6 yrs ago so where are you at now?
Frank, this looks super!
Those 'wall space' draws with the air tools and paint cans is a brilliant idea, I'm always trying to find and organize mine that are piled on a shelf
Hahaha, I commented on the lack of railing the last time! Great shop Frank! Major respect!
if Adam doesn't already, he'll love those tall cabinets with the air tools and spray cans. what a great idea
Crazy cool, Frank! My envy meter is pegged. VERY nice monster giant 3D printer-- I presume a rather soon future show detailing everything about it?
AND the place is clean. AND you got your railing in.
Maybe it's me, Frank but I want to know more about all the latest projects. Your rise is wonderful and exciting... but I don't know anything about what you're up to, business wise. I got, that some of it you can't talk about, but surely some of it... !
So envious..!
Love this! Love to see that Frank's Workshop (company) is GROWING!!! :D NICE!!! keep up the great work @frankippolito
PS: take that rattle can advice (wooden box = fire) into account!
Whoa! Nice shop Frank!
That spray can cabinet is a really good idea
I would love a build video of the rattle can shelf's, wanna build something like it for my media collection which is cluttering my home. What kind of slides was used etc ...
the spray can drawers are sick!
I heard Martian project, been waiting for it for so long. keep the good work up guys!
what a great workshop and I love the shelving units and workbenches. Are there plans available ?
I like Frank more and more when I see him. Seems like a real team player guy. Good to work with.
I'm proud of you, Frank!
Inspiring!
his guy literally has he best job, if you can even call it that, I the world man
Love the tours. Could there be a shop tips on how to set up and use a compressor and air tools in the future?
I want to go to there. So amazing.
Oh damn, that 65" TV with a NES attached. That's amazing.
Rebuilding my (home garage) shop this summer and get s lot of great ideas from this video. Adam has inspired a lot of ideas that are incorporated into this new shop, that said I see some improvements like the paint can rollout storage shelves. Norm, your doing a great job but I'm a little worried that you might be picked up by some large media cooperation 😯
Frank! Your blowing up man!
YOU DA MAN FRANK! CANT WAIT TO VISIT WHEN IM OVER IN L.A ( whenever that is, saying it now)
What a Dream Job. I would change my whole life to work in a place like that!
Where did you put the draw slide hinges for those cabinets you put the spray cans in?
That's awesome! Congratulations, Frank, on the upgrades, everything looks so nice! Also, congrats on the amount of work you're getting!
Damn, seeing that space makes me want to work there.
But... That chop saw there. Isn't it a bit unsafe with the casters not being locked in place?
we lock them when we use it.
Ah, nice.
Here I am searching for a work space of my own and see this... damn, will never be able to have a thing like this in here..! :D
Whoa! Is that Robocop cabinet working? I loved that game when I was a kid.
i like the spray can cab its like a spice rack need some pepper black spritz some on
I loved the atlas shrugged sticker on the fridge
I envy the organization! My shop is so poorly tended to I had to label and lock up all of my tools just to keep people from even thinking about walking away from my bench with them.
looks like a fun place
Man, would love to work for him !
Vertical drawers look so awesome to be tidy. I think I will try to use it for clothes. I keep pileing stuff in front of the closet and not use the back.
I would love som drawings for those pegboard drawers! Loved them!
Joakim Solheim they're drawers on slides flipped on their sides. there are hundreds of online DIY how-tos for basic drawer construction, just scale to fit your need and replace the bottom with peg board.
Hella late, but are you using a standard height for all your tables, or do they each vary? Would make sense for a standard if making them able to combine, but also variable if other people use them.
love the channel n norm don`t let the hate get to you!
Love those tools hooked up in the middle with the chargers on it, but hooking up a new charger seems like a 2 man job ... extension cord and power strip would fix that lickty split though.
nice to hear you talk about safety. you added a hand rail and I saw at least two fire extinguishers but at the very start of the video you walk through an overhead door. at where I work overhead doors are not pedestrian access points.
What a fantastic workshop! Let me know when you buy that building Frank! I would love to work for you! :D
I can't even imagine how long some of those massive prints must take...
Go for the building, buddy. Plan for success.
Holy Smuckers, I'm so jelly!
Love Franks shirt
At 1:46 - About the black storage containers with the yellow handles/tabs. These are from Stanley and have removable compartments for small parts. Great stuff and inexpensive (and MUCH cheaper than the Sortimo branded containers).
You can also get the even cheaper versions at HarborFrieght
True. I bought a HF unit at $9 and gave it away. Stanley at Home Depot is $11.42. Stick with Stanley, better built. BTW: Sortimo are $60 for the T-Boxx!!
sortimo is prohibitively expensive, and doesn't really offer any storage advantages to the stanley ones. the Harbor Freight ones broke super fast.
I want to work in that shop SO BAD!
Glad he is this successful.
6:52 Thank you Frank, wish it was true!
Man Frank, your space is like my dream. You'd have to pry me out of there with a crowbar.
Amazing layout, is that large scale printer by 3DP using a heated bed? I remmeber hearing that they used beer on the print bed for adhesion
Man I would kill to learn and work with frank.
I want those murlocs!
And the Robocop arcade machine!
Like the metal magnets
i wish i had anything close to this workshop
so I just watched the season 2 finally of fracture space and is adam in it?
"I have a feeling a lot of stuff for the martian project is going to come of of this" yesssss boissss
6:46 in an alternate timeline the tv came crashing down behind Frank
Some Major money must be being made in making these costumey things. That shop is easily a quarter million in just supplies and equiptment tools etc.
I see you also think Sortimo's are to expensive.. =) I also have a bunch of Stanley Pro Organizers. I have 3d printed some custom insets for mine for smaller parts..
Looks cool! Can you power the workshop with solar? Is that an option?
Would save loads of money, surely? All that machinery must use a lot of electricity!
I wish Nikea would come to my town.
Frank, move to Atlanta. I'd gladly commute to fabricate for you!
❤
He wanted (and thoroughly deserved) a bigger laugh for the "Nickea" joke.
Fucking love videos like this!
Plus justifiedesign on CZcams also. Much more content coming soon.
I'm gonna go with Mike Rowe's Take on Safety.....Safety Third. It's never first.
I wanna work there.. o.o
ooo freemason checker board floor!
Damn nobody posted pics? I will when i get home...
lol so you have some good nickia meatballs there too :P
