  • Whole process of how to disassemble & assemble vacuum cleaner Electrolux Pure D8.2 PD82-4MB. Motor is clogged with dirt - how to open PureD8 vacuum cleaner to clean it. Motor replacement video. Without this video, I would not have been able to disasseble my AEG vacuum cleaner. Thanks!

      The cable rewinds automatically, the brake is not working properly. I cleaned it, but it didn't help. I am using a clothes peg to stop the cable from rewinding now😅

      You can remove that rubber wheel from cable reel and glue it surface so it will stuck there when it should

    • @pppeter9

      Interesting! So you think if I pretend the rubber wheel from turning, by glueing it, the brake will work again?

    • @proexservis
      @proexservis  Před 2 měsíci +1

      Yes, because it should hold that reel in place, wheel should not spins, that metal rod doesnt hold it and it spins like a wheel. That brake doesnt work because of that.

    These are nice machines. Just bought one (AEG branded) and good to know how it can be repaired. Even though I was given a 5 year warranty.

    Дякую тобі, добрий чоловік. Мав проблему - інколи вимикався пилосос. Передивився кілька твоіх відео. Зрозумів що проблема в платі. Точніше в конденсаторі 474. Паяльник у мене є, але паяти я не вмію. Тому вирішив купити нову плату. Обдзвонив усі сервісні центри Electrolux в Украіні, такоі плати ніде немає. Треба замовляти і чекати 30 днів, коштує 34$. Я не хотів чекати. Я поіхав на радіоринок, купив конденсатор 474К Х2 за 0.2$. Подивився в youtube як паяти. Перепаяв конденсатор за 10 хвилин. Все працює.
    Дякую тобі, добрий чоловік!

      Thank you, I'm glad that video helped you and top of that you also learned how to solder 😎👍 sometimes, maybe in 1 of 10 cases pcb board is totally dead and vacuum cleaner doesnt start at all, so replacing capacitor doesnt help, but it cost a try, like in your case 🥳

      It should hold, any adhesive spray glue or some epoxy glue, Gorilla glue could be good choice too, foam to metal 🤔

      Hi, probably motor is dead, disassemble it and measure contacts of motor on pcb board

      No, I dont have this motor apart at now or picture of it. Try to google part number 140075168041
      Those connectors are visible from outside

      🤣 SMART function didnt react, so I punished it by sucking my hand little more… and more 🫣 until it reacted, so no vacuum cleaner was harmed 🤌🥲

    • @pizzablender

      I think the Ultrasilencer 1800 watt model has stronger suction. But that also makes a lot more noise.
      The D8.2 / VX82 is really silent in comparison.

    • @proexservis
      @proexservis  Před 7 měsíci +2

      @@pizzablender yes, old vacuum cleaners have strong motors (most of them 1400W+), but since 2018 european vacuums can have max 850W motor, but with half (or 1/3) of motor power, there is only around 20/25% suction power loss in compare to old model (because of better technology with better use of suction power) +bonus, quieter vacuuming 🤫

      @@proexservis Indeed the world is better... also the brushes and hose seem to be better than in the past. Wide passages, all sealed so no leaks, smarter design.
