Usterka usunięta. Ulubiony odkurzacz znów działa, tak jak powinien. Bardzo dziękuję za podzielenie się wiedzą!!! Bez tego napewno nie dałbym rady👍👍👍
Proszę bardzo 👍
You are welcome 👍
Thanks for this video. I just order one for 49,90€, shipping included. My motor stop after few seconds on every position. I will tell you after changing it in few days. See you soon.😉
Had same issue with mine. Board replacement solved the issue for me 😊
Thanks, really helpful video 🥳 my vac had same issue after 3,5 years. Motor sounded normal. Replaced board for ~22€ now it works fine. New board maybe has some improvements hopefully and last longer. 😊
where you buy PCB ???

Thanks so much!!!!
Great video, but I seem to have kind of the opposite problem. I have the PD82-Green and the speed settings works like normal, but the smart setting does not turn down suction if the inlet is blocked (cleaning carpets are therefore kind of a hassle). Do you have any suggestions on what the problem might be?
Thank you.
Probably you have disconnected (hose) or faulty pressure sensor. It can be measured on this circuit board. Check if black hose from sensor is connected to sensor and to bag container. @@proexservis I just had a look at the vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately it seems like all hoses are connected so it’s probably a faulty sensor. How do I measure the sensor and what values should I expect?
@@OskarLJ two contacts will connect when you blow the opposite sensor with mouth, maybe you have some dust in it so that pressure doesnt connect it. If sensors are ok after testing then PCB is bad
@@proexservis the hoses were clean and properly connected. How do I test the function of the sensor?
@@OskarLJ with multimeter, measure connectivity on contacts during making air pressure to sensor
Hi. Can you tell me how the hoses are connected to the sensors? When undressing, I didn't pay attention to it and now the "smart" option does not work
Hi, did you replace pressure hose? New type is transparent with bigger diameter. On PCB pressure switch (1181971050) you should find which side is for filter and bag.
@@proexservis The vacuum cleaner motor was replaced. Each sensor has two inputs - upper and lower.
When the pipe is clogged, the red light comes on, but the suction power does not decrease.
@@adamski5498 i think lower (bag) is going to front of vacuum cleaner. Not sure, I dont have this model here right now.
So You have to order a new electronic board? You can’t fix the one you already have?
You can replace capacitators on it, but if you dont have tool for soldering then you have to replace that board
Would a bad capacitor make the "S-Bag" light turn red and stop the motor, thinking the bag is full?
Yes, it could be capacitor/s, replacing of them should help or replace that circuit board
@@proexservis What exactly is sensing if the bag is full. Some kind of airflow resistance sensor?
Can I measure the capacitors for a standard value before spending time replacing them?
@@Rollgott it is connected with pressure sensors: 1181971050
Probably you can disconnect it and it will not control it when you clog vacuum cleaner
@@proexservis Ah perfect. This pressure sensor is a separate function of what you were talking about that might destroy the engine? Overvolting stuff.
I see there is another PCB inside the vacuum. Which has those pressure sensors on it. It would be great to bypass them somehow!
@@Rollgott in many cases those sensors are not faulty, probably disconecting that connector on PCB (4 connector or 5 connector) should be enough to bypass them
First it was replaced under warranty, seems to fail always after 2 years. Bad design. Should be redesigned and replaced for free even after warranty. I will try to find which part fails on it.
There was change (probably already in warranty) that service should replace sensor hose (for different type) if it happens again, maybe you should check it
140045222050, because old type hose can damage new pressure switch of circuit board
@@proexservis I managed to fix the board, no problems during 20 minutes testing. Checked all the power components and found with impedance analyzer that the foil capacitors were dying. 470 and 330 nF were only 310 and 205 nF, causing the power supply to drop/have ripple. Instead of the original X2 I replaced them with X1 types, which are bigger, but still fit on the board and tolerate pulses better. Not sure if this is the issue for everyone, the electrolytic caps and the pot can also easily fail. I recommend to disconnect the unit from the wall when not in use, because it is the transient pulses (lightning, industrial disturbances) that eat the lifetime of these caps.
Hey Zoltan and PROEX you are geniuses !!! This video helped me to open vacuum cleaner and comments inspired me to replace two foil yellow capacitors for price about half dollar. Thank you very much, problem is solved !!!
@@marekrehak5799 woohoo! I'm so happy that it helped you too!
So it's a bad model?
I dont think so, it can be easily repaired by replacing capacitators on its circuit board or replacing that PCB.
Imho, for how many were sold, it doesn't happen often, but it happens… 🥲
Overvoltage can cause this damage to the electronic board.
the electronic board price is half of the vacuum cleaner here. can it be fixed?😄
How much? 🫣 I dont know, because I never tried it, vacuum cleaner PureD8 cost over 200€+ and this board from 27€ to 35€ here in Europe, so is “cheap” to fix this problem. Do you have this model or different?
Once I tried to repair almost same board like this one but it didnt help, I replaced few components on it. Same result, vacuum stops on maximum power, so I dont waste more time and money to fix these boards if faulty board has no visible damage.
@@proexservis aprox 76 euros, same model. Next week I'll know for sure and keep you updated if you want.
@@proexservis thx for answering!
@@mihaicurutiu6985 where are you from? You can buy it from other country if your Electrolux dealer is selling it for this much.
because this mod only reduces power suction if it is almost completely blocked so as not to damage the motor. Or if there is a curtain, carpet or something that could suck deeper into vacuum cleaner
Smart function dont work for me, It always is on max... Coclusion dont buy Electrolux.
Do you have model with plastic regulator? Probably you have broken regulator (plastic rod), it is easy to replace.
It's not good when you block the suction at the vacuum cleaner 😠!!!!
How you want to test smart mode without blocking the suction? Any obstacle during vacuuming (carpet, textil, toys) can block it 🤔
@proexservis I mean do not block the suction long. Max 4 sec more not. That will damage the vac motor
Can i bypass this horrible stupid design of a sensor?
You can, but it will damage motor in short/long term period. That board is protecting it from over/undervoltage
@@proexservis Oh, okay. Can you ELI5 a scenario where the motor would be damaged?
@@Rollgott overvoltage or undervoltage in electrical network, overheating etc. Any problem will take out motor completely or burn it (fire hazard). PCB is must have protection in modern vacuums.
