BEST instruction video I have seen. He speaks slow and clear. He is very easy to understand and is detailed.
So...do all your techs wear yoga pants?
Need to put Lauren in all your videos. Better yet, make a video of just Lauren.
I'm a Can am guy but I have to say this is the best damned maintenance video I have even seen. If I am perfectly honest I came for Lauren...what a stunner! The added bonus was the professionalism of the entire production. Bravo!!!
Much respect to Lauren and nice job on the maintenance procedures and heads up tip,s...
My first time owner of a UTV. I have an XP 1000 and this video was extremely helpful in what and how to check problem areas. Thanks for taking the time to make this video.
Justin, please do a vid of all bloopers! They crack me up!
Thanks for all the great vids!
As a newbie to SXS, I have found your videos very helpful and wish to say thanks. Your mechanic is really keeping my attention too!
Awesome! Everyone needs an attractive tech! Good job on basic maintenance, now we need you to go and take a yoga class to prepare yourself for changing the oil in an X3!
Way to come in clutch (no pun intended) with this video! ***** Awesome Stuff 🔥🔥🔥
Lauren is good for business, your a smart man!
Justin, why don’t you go ahead and have Lauren do the work in all the future videos. I find that I pay much closer attention.
creep
Thats what we were hoping for as well.
Eric D. The D must stand for DICK. Like “Hey Eric D. don’t be a DICK”
She is much easier on the eyes then Justin is. Sorry justin
Amazing video! Great job. Best I've seen. Thanks so much!
Thanks for the video, I'm using this as my holly grail for routine maintenance.
Good basic info well presented - loved the out takes!
I came for the Maintenance tips....... I stayed for her! I can watch her check those bearings and tie rods all day.....
creep
Great video. Easy to watch and understand.
great informational video!! I found 5:11 and 5:12 to be most interesting!! As a girl, I find it difficult to just step up on the wheel. lol Lauren did a fab job!! Good job Lauren!! Merci
"Shaking down front/rear arms" is my favourite part...
Nice work Justin and Lauren! Aaron in PA.
I'm waiting for my 2020 XP rocks and trail to come in I like your content I subbed
I would suggest checking the ball joints also . Doing so try to jack the vehicle up under the lower control arm one wheel at a time raising the wheel slightly off the ground. Jacking the vehicle up how you had it, the tire pulls on the lower ball joint. This wheel appear as off the joint is good when in fact it may be bad. How she was checking the rack and pinion do the opposite vertically or have a second person while your hand is on the ball joints. Your tech videos are awesome and answered my question about ride height thx you!
Great topic! Thanks.
Awesome video! I'd love this for a polaris general as things are a little different but not much
Great Vid. THANKS!!
Great show!
Wow this is actually a really good video
Hi great video! I liked how clearly you talked about and showed each procedure. Could you do a video on basic maintenance for a Polaris ACE 570? That's what I ride.
The 10:02 mark really helped me a lot.
Thanks!
That’s funny! 😂
Love your videos very imformative I own a 2021 polaris rzr turbo XP and plan to follow all your steps if you have anything else I would love to watch
Ótimo vídeo, aqui no Brasil, temos dificuldade em obter vídeos com a manutenção destes equipamentos. Parabéns.
Excellent video
Basic maintenance on an X3 would be really helpful...Air filter, oil as well as all fluid changes! Thanks looking forward to it!
Alec Simmons Unfortunately, changing the oil and replacing bushings on the X3’s is a large pain in the ass. Fortunately the oil change interval is longer 1000 miles on mine, and it takes 4 quarts instead of 2.5 like the RZR. When it’s time to replace your bushings, make sure you have a buddy or three with you....it’s a pain in the ass.
great learn a lot , thank you Joe SAn Diegp
Very well presented
Great video
good info!
sorry... what did you say??
I don't know why but I was distracted
no great tips, thank you very much and your Mechanic is great
Terrific XP1000 preventive maintenance video. Please consider doing same for Yamaha RMAX 1000.....?
Maintenance step #1, change into tank top and yoga pants. Too funny.
Came for the click bait, stayed because of the clickbait. Well played ST!
Would like to see some YXZ content. This channel is so underrated.
We will work on that for you. We don't get very many of those in here so it can be hard to create videos
@@justinsmith2958 Hello! I noticed that you're running Mobil 1 oil. Is there a reason you're not running Polaris extreme duty? Interested in possibly switching.
Way to keep it classy.
Use a dust mask and eye pro when you blow out the clutch and use eye pro when you drop the oil plug.
How about a maintenance video for a Wildcat XX. Thx
I have a new CFmoto 950 sport, thanks to Lauren and your video I had overlooked inspecting ball joints, tie rods and bearings with regular checks . I do everything else as your video pointed out, THANKS A BUNCH!.......I want Lauren to be the Mother of My baby, LOL ..........even though I raised a mechanically inclined girl that 's now an commercial flight instructor at 24 yo. She enjoys extreme sports and drove a stick a 8yo and rides a mean raptor 700 ATV. Lauren is a girl of my dreams and want more tutorial clips with her as the star, .....she's much prettier than you, LOL!......I just ordered the sway bar links with your advice, Keep up the great work and best wishes with your companies success!
I don't even own a sxs, yet I watched the entire video.
My 2018 RZR 1000XP-4 only has grease fitting on the rear sway bar and U-joint, none on the A arms or anywhere else.
Please show the maintenance on a 2019 YXZ. thanks.
You guys out source video production on this one, big difference between this and the live ones.
I don't even own a side by side, why am I watching this? Twice
BE SURE TO BREATH IN ALL THAT CLUTCH DUST.
I assure you I didn’t, I’m not new
Justin , are you going to have springs for my turbo s velocity soon ?
There's a Rzr?????? Is Lauren available for private shows??.... I mean maintenance????? Great video!
Can you add a maintenance video for a 2020 RZR 900 Premium
Excellent, thank you.
I love You Lauren 😍
I noticed that you are running Mobil 1 oil. What weight and why not Polaris? Interested in possibly switching.
I seen you guys were putting Mobile one engine oil in car. Full synthetic what weight?
So more tire pressure saves the parts? Seems backwards, cause my rig is rough as hell at 25psi!
I'm watching this like I still own my rzr lol
Great Video, can you do one on a radiator flush for a XP1000!
Seth Meono We can look into it for sure
How do you change the oil filter?
Hello any help? Should my rear diff have play ? As in i can pry it up and down alot
3.5lbs of Tire pressure for dirt drag racing should be on the info card.... 😂👌
Whats the oil viscosity for xp 1000 turbo 2016?
So you guys recommend Mobil 10-30
Polaris RZR High Lifter
Thanks for the video. I am in the market for a new machine and was wondering what was involved in keeping these side by sides running great. I have heard you have to rebuild the motor every 4,000 miles. Is this correct?
lol what?
Would a can of compressed air work on the clutch? I don't have an air compressor atm
Absolutely!
Hey Justin I'm curious what you guys think of those wheel bearing greasers like the one super atv sells. Do you recommend them ?
I like them for a polaris but not on a can am. With a Polaris only use 8 pumps of grease. More will cause the bearing to fail. On a Can Am we run them the way they come. No extra grease. More will cause failure in our race testing. Good luck
I want all the info I can get for an RS1. Builds. Maintenance. Your goodies that are available...whatever I can get
more maintenance on the rzr 900s !
Where do I get a shock therapy gold grease gun at 11:38? If I send you my X3 shocks for upgrades, would a grease gun like that come with it? 😜
Much better than a sticker or coozies!
It’s a sticker on a normal grease gun
Question, at 9:47 it appears as if the rack & pinion rubber boot is pushed up and off the Heim joint. Is this the way its supposed to be or is this a work in progress?
paintball6910 this car had aftermarket tie rods and rack Clevis. That’s just the way the boots were when it cane in. We installed our billet rack after this. Our boots cover the rod end
I was going to skip the video than I saw this hottie than I decided to watch Her. Mean the video. Cute mechanic. I won’t care if she mess up my Polaris RZR RS1 . I could definitely forgive Her. Dio mío
I did my oil change for the first time and realize just how messy it was when pulling off the oil filter. Is there any tricks to get more oil out of the filter before you take it off? I really hate dumping oil all over the place.
Let it sit a day before you take the filter off, not much runs out then. Put a rag under the old filter when taking off.
boltactionshooter yep that’s what I do. Shove some rags underneath the filter
Just do a whole video of bloopers lol.
Kyle Riegle, where the hell have you been man!? No more videos of your own?
I always thought you didn’t want to over-grease the fittings and that if grease started coming out you out too much. Is this false?
DC Frank if there are no seals (As in this case) to blow out than there is no negative.
Same question here. What oil specs are you using .
they used 10w30 mobil 1
I never thought to blow out clutches. I feel like I neglected it now lol.
You will be shocked at how much stuff comes out I was. I'm surprised the clutches last as long as they do with all the dust in there. That dust has to be very abrasive in there
Can am x3 64 inch please.
12:06 youre welcome
I love her
God bless the person who invented yoga pants
I need her help in draining my fluid.
Justin in your opinion is it better to buy a turbo and upgrade components or get the Turbo S
definitely better to get a Turbo S.
@@ShockTherapyllc thx for the reply . I bought shock therapy upper and lower springs for my 16 rzr and was very happy with it . Is the fox shocks noticeably better the WE shocks ? Thinking new springs again and I'm set with a new turbo s
Do you use Mobil 10w 30, it is a Motorcycle oil or car oil? thanks.
Car 👍
10:02 grabbing the top and bottom of the wheel? Looks like a good way to possibly smash your fingers if something gives
Make sure she wears eye protection when working under the car
Can you do a video on how she doesn't get her hands dirty?
Gloves 🧤 👌🏻
Rear spring on driver side not orientated correctly. End of spring should align with arrow.I would check them all.
I should get a tshirt for noticing that.
"Every trip"😂
I had the honor of changing all u joints in my xp turbo today. I will burn it if I ever have to do that again. Not fun.
What is the best grease to use?
Any quality water proof grease. Castrol, Red Line, Z max, Valvoline
X3 maintanance?
Good idea, we will get on that one next
Blow it, shake it, grease it, drain it!
What kind of oil did you add?
We use Mobile 1 full synthetic, 10-30
So Justin, do you feel that the mobile is as good or better than the polaris?
How come Justin and the guys don’t wear LuLuLemons?
I came here for the thumbnail
What oil do you use?
Mobile one 10-40
Any problems using the Mobile One 10/40?
@@LONEWOLF630 Never had an issue. We run that in our race car as well. Same, no issues.
