- The pigs have just about cleaned up all the forage daikon radishes in the homestead "grow field." Here's an update about the grazing and the peas they get to forage on next, and the whole process of how to raise homestead hogs.

Thanks for the video. How many pigs per group are you running on these 100x100 paddocks?
how long have you been using this method? have you experimented with mixed crop seeding? Do you use High Density seeding? or do you plant them as you would to grow for market?
The past 2 years are weather here has been cooler in the spring .I was a month late this year getting are garden out because of the weather .
Blame the late Spring on "Global Warming."
So when you move your pigs to the next field, how long do you wait before you replant the field?
What type of kind of grain do you supplement and what percentage do you use ? I used a 50/50 mix of barley and alfalfa hay in a feed grinder

It could lower everyone's growing zone by 1 or more. It will unlock some places for agriculture development and others it will make agriculture more difficult.

That's total size, and then subdivided into 3 paddocks.
Thank you sir. Iv been meaning to ask on your live chat, but I work second shift and it can be difficult to brake away. I have more questions that pertain to the paddock. Like, do you keep the pigs on paddocks for two months EA? Doesn’t look like that’s what u r doing🤔🤔. I ask because I will have 6 months to fatten them up for butcher. Or do you do one month PER paddock and immediately seed after rotating? I hope that makes since. If I don’t hear back from u I will try to catch the live chat. God bless ✌️
