- People may say that Re:Coded is not important to the plot and that the 2.5 cutscenes weren't a big deal, but no one can deny that this cutscene is awesome as hell and very emotional.
I'm uploading this cutscene to show as well how awesome the original dub is with some subtitles so people can understand it properly.
Also, this video is directly ripped from the actual game, so it's literally impossible to get it in more quality. - Hry

+Pascals Seite Gameplay wise, I think it was the better of the 2 DS games. but I like the story more in 358/2 days

Re:Coded was actually my first KH game. I bought it on a whim, and I have no regrets with that impulse purchase.
I agree with that this is a very awesome scene. One of the shining points of Re:Coded imo
Although I would have liked to see a little more fighting,I still enjoy the emotion in this cutscene!
Simplemente hermoso, Roxas no pudo con el dolor de haber olvidado a Xion y cayó en la desesperación, ver a Sora tomar una sensación similar con tanta normalidad sin duda lo enfureció y quiso enseñarle el verdadero dolor, pero Sora pudo con ese dolor, con el dolor de no poder recordar y finalmente con el dolor de Roxas que al final pudo encontrar la paz que tanto buscaba.
Una escena llena de sentimientos y significados ocultos, sólo un fan dedicado de la saga podría encontrarlos todos. Yo apenas la vi subtitulada del japonés y me entero que "Data Roxas" no era más que una creación de "Data Namine" con el único fin de probar si Sora podía lidiar con el dolor oculto en el corazón de Sora real. Me jugué el juego en inglés y en español pero jamás mencionaron ese detalle en las traducciones.
Grande Keytotrue, ojala traduzcas la escena con Data Namine, también es muy emotiva, sólo comparable con la escena de Riku y Diz en KH 3D.
+polonsus No creo sinceramente que traduzca la otra, ya que la otra no tiene otra forma de interpretarse como esta, pero me alegro de que haya gente que sepa valorar escenas como esta.

Watching this again after squares official translation, I have to say this makes more sense to me, who translated this? Also I like the use of the word "pain over "hurt" sounds less Disney.
This translation in general seems darker then the official dub/sub
+Soma Cruz Obviously it was me. The translation is closest you could get to the original meaning. When localizing sometimes they have to "sweeten" some of the terms to make it a bit more friendly or "Disney".
Why is Roxas taller than Sora when they're technically the same person?
Well this is kh1 sora(ik its data sora but he looks like kh1) and roxas looks the same here and in kh2, where sora is about the same height as him
Well I think in the real world, Sora and Roxas was actually are both the same age because Roxas was born from Sora's heart I guess
Its just how it is, Roxas is 5'11" and Sora's 5'9"

And then, as I finished this cutscene, I realised:
