I lived in Norway with my dad until 2016. I was a child in such high risk of being taken by Barnevernet that my dad got me out of Norway quite literally overnight. I came home on Friday night, my dad and I had a talk, and Saturday morning, I was on a plane to England, to see my mother. I was so close to being taken it was scary. I lived every day in Norway, fearing that Barnevernet would show up, and I'd never see my family again.
I was born in Norway, I was literally born in Oslo. And I ended up fleeing my home country, because of its rigid child laws.
What she says at around 7:20 is right. Barnevernet will twist your words to make it suitable for them. They did this with my father and I. They twisted everything we said, to make it look bad. It was so horrible.

@@lofi219 Then I call BS. This is not how it works. BV is not getting involved out of nothing.
If BV is involved it starts with some kind of Message of Concern, from the schools, from some form of health institution, from people observing. BV is then required to investigate such claims. This does not equal the children being taken away by itself, although in cases with high probability of physical or sexual abuse children might be taken pending investigation.
If BV do not find anything backing the claims in the message of concern, the case will be closed, although there might be a period where they keep a close watch.
Now, this process might come off as a little harsh from the parents side of things. And the people might come off as arrogant or not listening to the parents. They do, but their job is not to take the parents word for it. At the very least it might hurt being accused of not being a good parent.
There are many stories and claims amongst foreign people and on social media. So, I do understand the fear. And BV is not perfect. But trying to sell the BV is an evil institution kidnapping children for no reason at all, no that is utter crap.

The person I know who had this situation collected 1 or a half year signatures to have an evidence being a good parent. Just then the kids could be brought back. It is a child trafficking business, Barnevernet gets a lot of taxpayer money, the foster families get money for each child, some families will host more than one child. The lawyers appointed by Barnevernet get paid by the government too, the social workers get their commission too, and all the middlemen in between. Both Norwegian Barnevernet and Swedish "Socialtjänsten" (Social "services") act to some extent as state supported terror organizations against families and children. I have had focus on parental alienation since March 2019 and in this context had contact with about 145 adults (125 parents of whom 50 are mothers) who were alienated from their children. As an indirect effect, I also got in touch with Swedish parents, who were not involved in a parental alienation situation, and who had similar experiences as given by this video. There unfortunately are children who are exposed to physical abuse by mothers or fathers and when proven the children should be removed from these parents. This is not my context here: Instead it is to a large extent about emotional abuse and lifelong brain damage - scars that don't heal.
The bottom line is that both Sweden and Norway, through the CPS/court system, systematically violate at least about a dozen of the articles in the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child. Not even the Swedish Supreme Court cares about the fundamental rights of the Child.
The key elements causing this problem include:
    1. False accusations (there were many articles about this in the peer-reviewed literature published already before 1990)
    2. Why one cannot trust what children say - some of this was published before 1930. After that, a vast professional literature describes how easy it is to create false memories in children (includes suggestibility mechanisms/techniques) and in addition several other mechanisms involved.
    3. Naive CPS workers who seem to lack empathy, know essentially nothing about fundamental psychology, have zero respect for other people including children and their identity. They don't even respect children in contexts where a family member is dying or has died (families where there has been no evidence of physical abuse or criminality etc). These people typically never question the most obvious lies. Sometimes they even contribute to the culture of distorting facts in order to be able to take children away from their good enough parents. In essence, these CPS workers act as psychologists, psychiatrists ("helping" with "diagnoses" of children), therapists, mediators, judges, the police, forensics "experts" (replacing facts and logical reasoning with their feelings and "judgments") but have no competence reflecting any of these areas. It is clear that many of the CPS workers make a number of attribution errors where they discriminate against parents on various grounds that have nothing to do with bad parenting.
    4. Ignorant people in the courts who "believe" what the CPS sends them and who essentially don't question even the most obvious lies and contexts that are void of anything resembling logic.
The effects on the children are devastating and the long term consequence includes a breakdown of the societies from within: Increasing health problems (psychological as well as physiological and physical), financial problems, increased risk of drug abuse and/or criminality.
Both Sweden and Norway need to be internationally exposed (UN level) to their tragic mass psychological and physical abuse of children.
For those interested in parental alienation, You can google "ompa" (my website - "om" is the Swedish word for "about") and read more there and probably find at least about 700 references to the peer-review literature (many with direct links to full articles and not only about parental alienation). I am an alienated uncle and have seen from the inside how much damage to CPS can cause at the level of a single family. There is reason to believe that the order of 10 000 children annually, and without any real reason, are removed from one or two good enough parents. From various sources it seems like thousands of Norwegian children annually also suffer from a system that seems pretty corrupt.

We must address the European parliament as well as the Swedish people in their own languages so they can understand what is going on and how their government is brutally unjust. So, they understand the level of tyranny and prejudice the Swedish government practices against foreigners. It is inhumane how they treat refugees as if they are sub-human, and even if they get citizenship, they also treat them as second-class citizen.
It is difficult to comprehend that the Swedish government can be indifferent to children and parents. Up-rooting families are unheard of and un-precedent in the manner being practiced by Sweden. The state is literally kidnapping/abducting children. This is the state, not a pedophile or a mafia organization that is doing business with human trafficking; it is the Swedish government! The only word to describe it is SHOCKING!! The refugee children, especially from Arab origins, are being placed with Swedish families and are being forced to smoke, drink alcohol,
and eat pork against their belief systems and up-bringing. In addition to this tyranny, a greater tyranny is in the fact that the Swedish government is changing their names and eventually religion. This Ethnic Cleansing at its worst. The families can never re-united! The government and social workers are working together to destroy all the ethical rules and laws practiced internationally.
The Swedish government’s aim is to destroy the social fabric of the family unit and society to become unethical; it is like they want a people of anarchy.
This is a CRY to the world to stop this injustice against the children first and their parents!!!
Sweden government gives social services full authority to kidnapped any persons under age 15 Especially the last 5 years, they're taking refugees children away from their parents mostly are from Syria, Iraq and other countries.
This beautiful Arab girl, Donia Hassan, the social services, kidnapped her,

The foster family are either friends or relatives of social services so they can share the benefits from Sweden government for every child they kidnapped the government pays them 4 to 6 thousand dollars per month to the foster family to take care of the children instead of giving this mony to the original family so they can support the refugees and their children because they are unjust barbaric regime and so prejudice they don't like foreigners at all so they prefer to give the mony to their own people even if they have history of child abuse or Pedophilia this beautiful girl she was sexual abused continuously raped.

I'd argue that Norway's Barnevernet is far worse then Swedish Socialtjänsten (Soc). I was involved with Socialtjänsten when I was a kid, they actually handled my case with care and tried to help me and my family (I was a very depressed kid and my parents turned to Soc for help). Not once were there any discussions of having me placed elsewhere or my parents being unfit to care for me. I've also had friends and acquaintances who've dealt with Soc and even though they weren't ideal, a separation between child and parent was never an option. Besides, Soc is legally obligated to inform the parents before visitations and when they've decided to remove the child from the home. They can't just kidnap children like Barnevernet does.

@@Muffinga The Swedish "Social Services"/CPS often help severe alienators to take away the children from the other parent: child=take, nap = take -> kidnap. In practice the Swedish CPS legalize kidnappings by the alienating parent. In addition, I am aware of at least half a dozen of Swedish cases where Soc, without a logical reason, has taken away a child from both - obviously good enough" parents. Norway may still be worse but Sweden is definitely no wonderland in this regard either.

There is one Bollywood movie "Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway". The movie was based on true story where they took their children (two kids) from them without any investigation. It is very well known case in India and that is why Indian people who have family do not wanted to go to work in Norway because they think that Norway barnevernet could took their kids away from them. The main reason they took Mrs Chatterjee kids because she used to feed them with hand, make the kids sleep in her own bed and do Pooja at home ( these are part of Indian culture).
A huge protest happened in Kolkata and then Norway court decided to gave the children back to Grandparents rather than handing them over to the Parents. This barnevernet system is wierd and works like some sort of cartel being supported by the state.
