so my jaw is pushed toward the right and when I create suction with my tongue the front right of my neck tightens up. This doesn’t happen in the left. Any tips?

What does it mean when my upper right side of my jaw becomes sore? Like the muscle has been really worked to the point I find it hard to then open my mouth.. is this just the muscle being worked or a sign I’m doing it wrong?

Does the tip of the tongue literally go in the Rugae (where the hard palette is starting to dome up) or is just forward of that? It's not literally resting though on the back of the front teeth... I guess I'm wondering if the tip of the tongue is supposed to rest on the alveolar ridge (not back into the hard palette, not against front teeth).

if my jaw and cheekbone is more developed on the right side of my face, Would I push my jaw out front to the left side, right?
Very helpful.. but I am a bit confused... My jaw swings to the right, so I push it to the left, correct? And which side of the jaw do I push with my finger? As I look at your video, you are pushing on the opposite side of your jaw.. So, another way to pose my question: Are you pushing your jaw toward the side away from the deviation, or are you resisting the movement of the jaw away from the deviation?
It's not just muscles, you can change bone form
If my jaw is deviated to the right (right ear sticks out, smile is to the right) but my right side seems underdeveloped compared to the left side (it is smaller and less aesthetic), do I put my finger and exert pressure on the left or right side of my jaw?

How to assess to which side the jaw deviates .....who have too much beard ...??
Look in the mirror and open and close your jaw. You'll notice your teeth ain't aligned perfectly side to side.

Depends on the person. People get the skill from my experience 1-3 weeks before progressing to the next, longer if movement skill is more complex
