My favorite will always be the picture of Gregs mother in the bath with the fez that genuinly shocked Greg.. :D
I still say Rhod hiding in Greg's closet and recording him while he slept is the best.

I love how Jess called for "Fez" in the audience and the whole studio was silent except one "yup".
I know there's a real possibility that his friends call him Fez. but I prefer to imagine that she just asked him to respond when she called for "Fez".

Greg's actual double take at his mom is hilarious. Man's ehole demeanor shifts for only a second but each frame in that second exudes a new feeling of confusion.
I maintain the opinion that Rhod Gilbert is not the force of nature you need but the one you deserve.
And also the force of nature that is the most fun to witness and to take part in.
It woulda been worse if Rhod was in the tub wearing the fez 😂
This is the best compilation yet. Anytime Greg is forced to break character because of shock is just perfection.

I still say Mark Watson was robbed and absolutely deserved five points for the adrenaline-inducing pants stealing incident. In the taskmaster's own words "that is undeniably a high octane item" but then gives them 0 points.
Technically 1 point, I don’t think anyones ever been outright disqualified in a prize task besides Jess bringing a book from the wrong year. But yeah Mark got robbed
Mark didn't steal it himself though so he assumed very, very little risk
The best part of the Wozniak task was how the reality turned out to be so much worse than it seemed.
6:11 the double take Greg does when he realises who's wearing the Fez, its a split seconds change in emotion, so small, but everything changes, and its beautiful!

The look on Nish’s face when Mark said he stole Greg’s pants is priceless! Also the look on Alex’s face when Guz makes the sexy monster noise makes me laugh every time as well because it was so unexpected.
So far this is the best compilation yet.

I don't care how many times it gets put into compilations, Greg's reaction to his mum's photo is priceless. Also, I would have been "that guy," and when asked to bring in a "high octane" item, I would have been literal and brought in a jerry can full of gasoline; can't get any higher octane than actual octane.
Hmm. Maybe combine the two. Steal his petrol at a gig. Leave him stranded, the reveal it 2 months later.

I'd have asked a university chemistry department to bring some highly hazardous or reactive molecule under guard, in some kind of heavily reinforced container. They'd get to be on TV and teach a little science, and you'd genuinely make everyone in the studio fear for their lives. I think that beats gasoline
Get a bomb tech in to defuse an actual bomb on stage. That would be high octane.

I thought Taskmaster was getting maybe a bit stale up until that season, and then they hit me with the greatest moment in the entire show. I don't remember laughing as much as I did the first time at that for ages and ages.
@@fredh1720 i loved all the seasons but i know exactly what you mean. That cast was such a delight and had a mix of personalities that caused wholesome chaos lol
@@fredh1720 I know what you mean, but I think they turned it around in the previous season and continued the momentum with that one.
Not just the casts, which I loved and actually showed me new stuff about the people I knew, along with introducing me to new faces but the tasks as well.
Like, the studio tasks in both seasons, but especially 12 just look like so much fun to be part of.
I've lost count how many times I've watched that and every single time I can't help but laugh out loud. There's not a lot of things I can say that about.

@@peterclarke7240 Victoria's plan was clever, but the problem was that of the 5 she was obviously the most likely to attempt something like that. Not to mention she was rubbish at making the other noises; if there was anyone relying on non-vocal sounds it would obviously be her.

If I had a list of the top Greg moments of my own it would absolutely match this one. The pants just killed me. The double take on mom's photo was amazing. Mike, Mike, Mike.....I will never be able to see or hear the word casserole for the rest of my life without thinking of you. But the clip I just can't stop watching is the Wow monster. It was so unexpectedly hysterical!!!
I love that Ed Gamble was Mark's accomplice in stealing Greg's trousers and that he then stole from Greg Again on his own season

A great show, a lot of fun contestants, but if I had to give an award to one as my favorite, it would have to be Rhod, no one gets under Greg's skin quite the same way.

I've watched that at 0.25 playback speed. He crams a lot of facial expressions into a very short time starting off with near disbelief expressed by wide-eyes, eyebrow raising and a half smile of uncertainty; then a very quizzical head tilt, eyebrow lowering and mouth straightening followed by a blink, big smile, eye narrowing, body bending and laughter.
