The disciples in the bible are (followers of Jesus) examples of this. God gave them direction vision and prayer it all goes back to Relationship in God.

Yes, so good to hear people just be honest and I SO appreciate this series because I'm currently not going either. Seems like much Christian lingo is being redefined these days, we could have heard four different definitions of what "Christian" means from each of these guests. Identifying as a Christian is not the same as Christ knowing you, just like going to church doesn't necessarily mean you are in communion with other believers. (Matt.7:21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’)

Shalom beautiful people of The Most High God and many blessings to you and your beautiful families.
I commend you all for having discussions like these. I find them to be very thought provoking and they do shed even more light on why people leave the Church.
I have had my own share of bad experiences with churches and ministries. I have been in unhealthy environments that mocked this life in Christ. So I understand why there are people who have walked away from The Church or have stopped going to church altogether.
The title "Christian" has been under a bad spotlight because there are those who do not understand the weight that this word carries. To be a Christian is to be "one who is anointed." This word is connected to sovereignty. So in order for any born again believer to be "Christ like" it requires the anointing, which also means the believer must have The Holy Spirit. Because this is a life that is built on eternity. To be Christ like or to be a Christian is to eat, sleep, and live eternity. We are born to live, move, and flow from this realm.
And when we are not taught correctly what this life consist of, it ends up being mishandled and dishonored greatly by people who teach from a place of religion and not relationship.
And if I can say this to you all, please embrace your bad experiences with church, religion, religious people, and with unhealthy ministerial environments because The LORD uses those very experiences to teach, train, refine, and cultivate believers who are exposed to such challenges. The LORD uses those experiences to help believers bring forth the oil, the anointing and He also uses such experiences to help build believers to be instruments of redemption for others who may get exposed to similar unhealthy experiences. So sometimes when believers are in unhealthy challenges and environments that contradict the true purpose of ministry and servanthood, The LORD just may be using that very environment to process the believer so he or she can be a light in that darkness.
So it does bother me deeply and even angers me to the core when there are people who use church environments inappropriately and in an unintegral fashion, because the church is purposed for training and equipping us on how to live and exist in this particular sovereign image. It is for the purpose of helping us learn how to express the original habitat we are created to live life from which is eternity and Heaven. So yes, it makes me upset when I hear people either leaving the faith or even just leaving church because of bad and unhealthy experiences in churches and ministries. That exposes the countless number of people who are being robbed and have been robbed of pure freedom, deliverance, and true transformation and restoration. And woe unto those who have blood on their hands for this very reason. It is a shame that there are those who found the time to play games with God and with God's people and purposely chose to ignore the hunger many have for the truth. And I do want to say that I am sorry that you all had to experience unhealthy situations in ministerial environments but The LORD already knew how He would use such situations to unveil His glory through your lives.

They also are giving us somewhat of an answer as to why. The church is full of hypocrisy at best. We are taught to believe, trust and follow after doctrine at closer and deeper searching doesn't line up with the words written in the book. So in listening to them the answer is manifested. We just have to be able to except it. Our fathers have taught us LIES. If God doesn't change than what did Jesus change. If we seek the scriptures enough we will see how the NT is just the fulfillment of the OT or to be more correct an extension. (NT is not scripture it is letters containing scripture) And what God requires has not changed. But the church will have you believe all has been done away with. Nailed to the cross...LIES...The rabbit hole is deep, full of twists and turns. (We may never know the full Truth. My question to them is do they believe the Bible....when it says do not forsake the assembly....I understand that the congregation that they went to were not fit for them but were they called to follow fellow believers or was they called to follow Christ.....are we not to love the body of Christ since they are (if they truly are his) also part of that same body due to Christ gave his life for it.....it seems to me they are following man versus following Christ. Jesus said “by this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” And what is that love “bear one another and forgive one another if any of you have grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.” I’m not saying to sweep these congregation mishaps toward the victims under the rug or disregard our own emotions and or ignoring our boundaries we forgive their sin by acknowledging it and the extending the forgives God given to us to them. Find a congregation and get planted and rooted in good teaching, and stop this pointing cause the world is watching and seeing this also further them away from the truth of the gospel.

It is hard to believe in someone you've never met, it's expecially hard when we see so many of his "followers" acting crazy and like lunatics. There are some true believers who have accepted all of what we believe by faith. Our faith, however, isn't simply blind. There is documented proof of Jesus' existence. They don't have to believe anything. They're simply curious. You're trying to approach faith in god like everyone is already on the same page as you. And even then you're walk with god and how you interpret the word will contradict anothers view and walk. If you want people on the outside to understand you gotta speak their language. If you can't answer difficult questions they just gonna feel finessed. If the too many questions being asked casts doubt and confusion perhaps the faith you stand on has a pretty weak foundation.

The faith started with Abraham. It's an Israelite faith. Jesus came and further defined the faith. The Ecclesia began at Jerusalem without Roman influence. The faith was not called Christianity. The pagans met at Nicea and started Christianity. Nicea was not the city chosen by Yahwah to place His name there. He chose Jerusalem. What happened at Nicea is, the pagans made an alternative religion.
Christianity is full of paganisms. It would offend some people if I would name them. Easier, which is Eostre, or Ishtar. And there is a long historical story concerning this, you can research for yourself. Christmas, which is Mithas. It celebrates the sun and Nimrod. Nimrod was born on December 25th. In places in Europe, it was in still is celebrated as Yule Tide. And the Christmas tree has nothing to do with Jesus.
The Pope violated the Fourth Commandment. He got rid of observing the seventh day Sabbath. He moved it out of the way and replaced it with the Day of the Sun, Sun's Day, observed on the first day.
They got rid of biblical law.
Christianity is not the biblical faith and we reject it. We have come to know through an abundance of proofs that we are Israelites. We embrace all of the Bible and reject paganisms.
It's happening now in end of the last days, after two thousand years in accordance with Hosea 6:1 and 2. Our revival has begun. Also see Deuteronomy 4:27-31. We are exploding and you don't even know we are in the world. Biblical prophecies describe our journey down through time. Gentiles are coming to us and joining themselves unto us. The powers of Mark chapter 16 and 1 Corinthians chapters 12, 13 and 14 are upon us. We are Straitway Ministry. We are the beginning of the restoration of Israel in the hands of the Most High. We are not a religion, we are a nation. Our life worships Jesus. We assemble and He is in our midst. We serve one another out of love.
Look us up and learn about us. We are Straitway Ministry. Our faith is biblical.
We have music for you to enjoy at Straitway Music.
