I love this beer on a real hot summer day. Its the perfect drink for me to down in one go. Can't drink it al night tho, 2-3 and switch over to regular beers like Heineken..

The dislikes are from people who like to drink pure sugar😂. I liked because desperado is gross. I agree with you aswell It's not a beer when two of the main ingredients are sugar and glucose syrup which is also sugar.
I actually really like Desperados. Me and my mother both like the drink. It's a very refreshing drink and has a nice sweetness to it. Bear in mind that I do like a bit of sweetness to my beers and ciders. I'd give it an 8/10.
Love this as a summer drink. It shouldn't be allowed but against all odds I absolutely love it on a warm and sunny day💙✌😎 This should be classified as a lagerpop👍

Back in the day, like 20, years ago, I drank these while in Germany. Got them at the Cantina (restaurant and bar) and at a restaurant in town that sold steak tacos.. havent had it since I left Germany. Then again I drank Guinness, whiskey, and a lot of other stuff.

Your review of this is a bit harsh, a person (like u) who is used to drinking non-alcoholic or alcoholic ales,beers,lagers,craft beers with lots of deep flavour shouldn't be drinking this, it's "as u say" an alcopop style type drink... everyone is entitled to their opinion but for someone to say "don't buy this" is a bit strong.... there are more than 1 version of desperados about ( 3 in fact)... and I don't know why u brought this.... your beer reviews are great but IMHO u never should have done this one... wrong person to do it... sorry 😀

My review could be considered Harsh, I don’t dispute that. However, I’m always honest in my reviews and when a company produce something like this and try to market it as beer, I tell it as I see it. there's nothing wrong with Paul's review and he warns you in the title that there's strong language. if he thinks the "beer" is shit then that's what we want to hear. "don't buy this" doesn't prevent you from trying the beer yourself. and for me, the whole concept of this "beer" turns my stomach, i already wasn't ever going to buy this lol.
OJ 20 percent are also available, though i never intend to try them. 8 and 9 percent is too much imo, 4 cans and i don't remember too much else. Stick around 5 or 6 tops

Tastes like "Shandy Bass" from back in the day. It's ok chilled on a hot day, but you soon get sick of it. Good review made me laugh.

That's one reason for loving craft beer. Craft beer and the bars selling craft beer don't attract Heineken and Desperado drinkers.

Have you tried _Amigos_ lager? Pretty much the same as _Desperados_ but cheaper, sold at Home Bargains.
