Wriothesley, our 2nd catalyst user that uses physical attacks. He’s the only character that punches with gauntlets and with a boxing fighting style to boot. Pretty good when using him with a Hydro character that can use an off-field attack, like Xingqiu.
Neuvillette is not an Archon, but he is something special. I’m not gonna spoil, but just be aware that Archons are not the only powerful beings that exist in the world of Teyvat.
4.1 Archon Quests were quite dull in parts, but still had truly epic moments. I look forward to seeing you play Fontaine's quests
To the question of is Wriothsley good or bad, he's a prison convict that somehow grew to become the warden of his prison.
"Neuvillette is the Archon" is an intentional joke. He is doing most to all of what you'd expect the archon to be doing, and both Furina and Neuvillette seem entirely satisfied with this arrangement. The people have had generations to get used to it.
"Dodoco's Bomb-Tastic Adventure" does involve babysitting. As a consequence of some idiocy in Fontaine starting a potential ecologic disaster before the police got involved (where you got the chance to help avert the problem and keep the very unintentional source out of prison) managing to spread its way to Monstadt, there is a need to clean out Cider Lake of an invasive species Klee found while... "fishing". For a number of reasons, the highest-ranking person currently in Monstadt to handle this is Lisa. Lisa's plan starts with delegating the needed precision bombing to the heretofore unseen second string of Knights who use technology, tactics, and coordination to function sans Visions. (We knew they existed, but we'd never really seen them operating.) This raises the problem of occupying Klee while somebody else is doing all the explodey stuff. Lisa dug out and modified an old game she invented as a student in Sumeru to appeal to Klee, arranged for regular seafood deliveries from Good Hunter to keep Klee from going looking for fish, and by happy coincidence you showed up right in time to be delegated babysitting Klee. (If you check with Good Hunter, it's possible to figure out who's unwittingly responsible for the problem in Monstadt, locate them, and either arrest them yourself or persuade them to visit the city and let the regular Knights do it without them even realizing you were involved. I chose the latter option. Things worked out more peacefully that way.)

Im pretty sure the unheavenly father should be considered a warcrime even for low adventure ranks. I pulled her weapon and maxed it and let me tell you. Sacrificing the 60 plus crit damage on the extra maxed out homoerotica staff for a maxed out crimson moon semblance 25 to 30 percent crit rate is a fair trade. Hydro phantasms become hydro dust and combined with the charge attack being the equivalent of the anime nothing personel kid that blinks you to an enemy...yeah. daddymomma is a Hoyo favorite ill be surpised doesnt beat characters like the Shogun in sales numbers.

I remember seeing someone interview Wriothesly’s VA, Joe Zidja and he said the correct pronunciation. I was lucky enough to get both, got Neuvi after I got a double 5 star on the previous banner that had Childe, got him and another copy of Diluc

There is no bad playable characters because canonically every playable characters is one that could help the traveler on an adventure so it would make no sense to have a villain on your side.
At best they can be frenemies or on neutral term.
