- Manchester United Supporters will join a protest organised by The 1958 Group on Sunday before the opening match of the season against Brighton by marching from Media City to Old Trafford.

Starting Point:
Meet at the BBC Dock Yard forecourt from 11am onwards (there are bars and food vendors there whilst we gather). MediaCity, Dock House, The Quays, Salford M50 2LH
Route:
:- Head past the Botanist and Alchemist over to the Lowry and across the Millennium Bridge straight.
:- Turn left along the Quays until the crossing over the tram lines.
:- Cross the tram lines straight to Trafford Wharf Road.
:- Stay on Trafford Wharf Road until it meets Sir Alex Ferguson Way.
:- Down Sir Alex Ferguson Way and cross Wharfside at Hotel Football
.:- Regroup at the Old Trafford Forecourt.
:- Then onto the Munich Tunnel.

It's important our fans CONTINUE to protest whatever happens on the pitch. The owners need to be left in no doubt the fans are UNITED in wanting them to sell the football club. Viewers of this channel know Michael Knighton is working hard in the background to try to bring enough investors together to complete the consortium we need to buy Manchester United.

Outstanding updates as always John. We've known for a long time that the Glazer's just don't care about the club and supporters, just how much they can take out in dividends. I've been coming to support United at Old Trafford for 65 years and I've never known it to be this bad as regards running the club.

With regards to a 'hostile' takeover (ie putting a bid on the table when the club is not officially for sale) is a splendid idea.

It’s time for them to go
I've been trying to get United fans to see the writing since 2004. I was a part of Shareholders scheme and MUST THIS IS WHATMUST SHOULD HAVE BEEN but they dropped the ball after the super league protests and didn't apply more pressure when the Glazers once again held out the hand of deciet. There is no more dialogue. The only action from these unscrupulous vampires that is acceptable to us now is a for sale sign being erected on the stadium. I have suggested since Jan that the protest needs to be taken to the very heart of the problem. It needs to be taken to the very doorstep of the Glazers. They need to know that it doesn't matter that your hiding 4200 miles away. You are not insulating yourselves from us. If a mass protest is going to take this to those that need to feel it I will gladly get my savings out and fly over and join you. I may not live in manchester any more but this is my life. United fans are my family and I'm sick of these rapists abusing my family and disrespecting our home. I am so fired up. I feel alive knowing a group of supporters has said the only way to deal with evil is full on and relentless and that there is nothing the glazers can say or do any more that is acceptable other than your resignation and complete removal from our club and our lives.
