Charlie Hopkinson is a comedic impressionist, impersonator, voice guy, whatever you want to call it who specialises in voices from current television shows and films. His standup is a character act about a retired maths teacher, his standup set includes impressions of Sir David Attenborough, Robin Williams, Morgan Freeman, Liam Neeson, Peaky Blinders, Tommy and Arthur Shelby and Gandalf from Lord of the Rings.
Always looking to update my roster I look to try out subscriber suggested impressions in the impressions challenge series before honing the best ones. Recently I have added Peaky Blinders and Marvel / Avengers characters to my arsenal!

How to do Impressions - An audience lead tutorial series where I attempt to pass on my Impressions knowledge.
Dubs - Comedic dubs of iconic scenes with new dialogue, (My Peaky Blinders and Lord of The Rings dubs have grossed over 6 million views on Facebook)

I started learning impressions in 2012, at the age of 20. You can follow my full impressions journey in my new ‘How to do impressions’ tutorial series
After graduating from the University of Warwick in the summer 2013 he took 4 months out to concentrate on CZcams videos full time, including producing his most viewed video to date ‘Morgan Freeman and 40 other impressions’ with just over 12 million views. This foray into being a ‘full time CZcamsr’ was cut short as he went travelling for 3 months before starting a 2 year teaching Graduate scheme with Charity ‘Teach First’.
While teaching he has performed in and narrated the 4 episode series ‘Lookalikes’ as Morgan Freeman. The show and the narration received a positive reception. The show aired on Channel 4 during the prime time slot of Friday 10pm for three weeks. It is now currently available on Netflix. Charlie also performed with other well known impressionists for an unaired pilot.
Charlie has worked for several prominent brands in relation to their products, including google and formula 1.
Since the summer of 2016 Charlie has once again dived into the world of CZcams, for the first time producing content on a weekly basis. He is also focusing on live performance; he has performed in live venues a total of 3 times to date.

Thoughts on this weeks episode?
first episodes that .........meh
Some people complained it was boring and too little happened.
Personally I felt it was too fast paced. They simultaneously tried to inform us where all the characters we already knew where now at (and care about those developments), whilst also introducing new characters to try and care about, and then they tried to advanced everyone from where they started in episode 5 (remember we were still learning that) to a totally new position in the story.
So I felt it was abit rushed and could have done with being two episodes...
But I guess if people were complaining this was boring, then it being spread over two episodes may have isolated a few to many people that wouldn't happily sit there and just get an info dump on where everyone now is after the time skip in one episode, and then advance them to the positions we get at the end of this episode in a subsequent one.
Actually I thought it was a bit boring. That said, I do think there are things in there that no ones talking about
10 years is a big chunk of time to skip. This episode made me wonder how much of the first 5 could have been more effective and interesting as flashbacks especially considering the actor replacements. King Gollum though, lmao. His arm went on holiday to the maggot tray.

It's really funny cause his namesake, Joffrey Doggett was a super cool badass in the time of Jahaerys Targ who served in his Kingsguard and faced down thousands of men in defense of Jahaerys and Alysanne against the Hand of the King.

The only thing about this episode that saddens me is that we didn’t get 2 or 3 prior episodes with Harwen and Lena. It would have made this episode so much more heartbreaking.
Imagine if the wedding had been Daemon’s and he first killed the Bravosi man she was betrothed to in single combat? Imagine if we saw her claim the greatest living dragon for herself, impressing Daemon!
Or if we got time with the Breaker of Bones and Rhynera, maybe protecting her from Chritian on some occasion. Or a small moment regarding his choice to join the City Watch as opposed to holing the seat at Harenhall for his father.
I know we have a lot left but I feel like I needed these stories.
the show just skips over so much. we just got introduced to these guys and 2 episodes later another massive timeskip. they're burning through entire seasons worth of content here
@@TheMeta141 Exactly. Like, it doesnt have to be the same as GoT BUT I did like that we got to see the characters age and grow, and their choices made sense. I'm not even sure about these people's names, theyre going by so fast.
