A colorful 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T has a colorful past to match. Long before Todd Schoeller of New Milford, CT acquired the muscle car and restored it, the car was involved in the sale of drugs, and later got stolen from a police impound lot. Schoeller provided the details to RIDE-CT.
