I grew up loving Get Smart. It was a delightful reminder not to take spy thriller intrigue too seriously. And Max was the bungler who ultimately succeeded. That’s relatable to real life. I could see right away that Barbara was smart and beautiful. So classy, and also easygoing.
Always loved Get Smart, the actors and the characters. Read her first book and admire her stand for single life. Took Max a few years to notice her, but after they married, the Chief came over and Max asked him if he wanted some cookies. Chief said no, and Max said, "That's good because we don't have any cookies." 99 said, "Max!" horrified at his manners. Also loved the Cone of Silence, which had more chaos than control, pun intended.
So beautiful. And sweet.
That was another nice entertainment adventure to go on. I'm pleased... "and loving it!" "Maine" says "hello" again.
Watched every episode, my favorite show as a kid.
