My take on painting a Wolve Brother Chaos Space Marine, also known as the Blood Wolves.
Acording to the recent fluff, the decendants of the Space Wolves, known as the Wolve Brothers where horrible mutated and lost to the Chaos. Jet the coloursceme is not known, a GW employee created a colour sceme, known as the Blood Wolves and i find it quite a fitting sceme for them. I hope you enjoy the Video :) - Jak na to + styl

this is like the wolf brothers from the battle of the fang book. they were a space wolf sucsessor chapter and turned evil.
Very nice model, and very nice and simple colour scheme. Simple yet effective, and quick to paint up. :)

This is such a great idea. I am so scared of doing metallics in a large area like that but the effect is wonderful. When I was younger I made a solid gold marine and it was horrible, so i have been a bit gun-shy since then.
Nice work, I really like that Tin Bitz metallic paint, I have some left and when a little is mixed in with gunmetal it gives a great effect of heat staining on something that would get very hot.

this is awesome same here the copper effect is a nice touch. Was going to do a choas army in tinbitz/bronze with green eye lenses. got the models this has inspired me to get it done. As dry brushing is about the only thing i can do lol
Good video. Nice looking mini. Don't worry about pleasing everyone, it's impossible. Just do it for yourself and be happy with it :)

There's an alternate universe called the Dornian Heresy that has the Space Wolves fall to Khorne
There's also some other Heresy AUs if you'd like to hear about them

You know I really like this. Im not a huge fan of space marines if Im totally honest...but you have made this look rarther nice.

That's a great video, and a nice mini! But would paint that scull with bones on the shield to give a model more colour and contrast.
Don't stress on the haters. I always enjoy seeing the techniques you use because its one thing to be told how to wet blend its another to actually see how its done proper. I don't know if you ever did but could you show proper object source lighting. I've tried it with decent results but would be great to see how its properly accomplished.

would you consider painting a "The Reborn" chaos space marine (page 21 in the latest chaos space marine codex) i am having quite a bit of difficulty.

And tha people who are complaning about other things, are sad really because they have no live off their own so they have to find the "mistakes" of someone else...so they don't have to bother their own ...... kids probably ...
I`ve seen you use the term "dry brush" in several videos but i dont know what the actual technique is, can you explain this?

Is there a list of what colors were used. Plan to paint a Space Wolve army in the color.
i name every colour i use in my videos, but the video is 11 years old and the colours are long out of production. Tin Bitz, Ogryn Flesh Wash, Dwarf Bronze, blood red, hawk torcoise. You need to convert those to the new colour ranges.
Would also look great as the thirteens company of spacewolves just other colours

Forget about those haters ;) There is nothing wrong with your paintjob, there is something wrong with their heads and you can't do anything with it. Just make your great vids to make normal people happy.

The Wolf Brothers' fate is still a bit unclear. They weren't ALL in Magnus' fortress. Read the book, Battle of the Fang, it's not bad. Definitely the best Space Wolf novel.

Alex, I take it that you are primarily a 40k player? I do enjoy seeing the paint jobs but I don't play 40k and would love to see some Warhammer (the real Warhammer :-P) figures. What would really trip my trigger would be seeing you paint an awesome Blood Bowl team.

I like a lot the tutorial, the finished miniature its amazing so i think that the video will be best if you add each paint that you use in the own video or in the description, i hope that you understand me, my english its low.

Alexandra die meisten die dich negativ bewerten , sind wahrscheinlich einfach nur neidisch weil sie selbst nicht auf einem so guten Level malen können. Deswegen sagen sie nichts was du ändern könntest sondern meckern,beleidigen und bewerten negativ.
Kümmer dich einfach nicht um die.
Andere frage was benutzt du um die Modelle auf den Farbtopf zu befestigen damit du sie gut bemalen kannst ? Ist das Fixiermasse ?

Looks good, though not really a fan of the weapon and shield being the same exact color as the armor. Makes the entire model look a bit boring with how nearly the entire thing is one color.
