- We drive the new Abarth 595 Esseesse and give our honest review on the car.
The Abarth 595 Esseesse sits as Abarths flapship car, it also sits higher than the 595 competizione. As part of Abarths 70th anniversary they have added 70th anniversary stitching into the front of the stunning carbon sabelt seats alongside a side brushed aluminium plaque and the akrapovic exhaust.
With a 180 bhp engine and an exceptional power-to-weight ratio of 5.9 kg/hp, a specific power of 132 hp per litre and acceleration from 0-62 mph in 6.7 seconds. Courtesy of the 1.4 T-Jet 180 bhp engine with its Garret turbocharger and Akrapovič exhaust.
One of the other awesome things is these little beasts come with a proper mechanical limited slip differential, 17" Super Sport alloy wheels and lovely big brembo brakes as standard too.

Good review! Fun to 'drive' with you; seeing the road, other cars, etc. So many tend to keep the camera on themselves, or and my least favorite - to us in the US, the 'Foreigner'. We want Subtitles, translations if you can. Thanks for taking the time ... again, Great Job!

@@PeakPerformanceReviews Bought a new 2012 POP, drove it for over 4 years, traded for a 2013 500T ... some call it a mini Abarth, most of the 'goodies', brakes, suspension, clutch, etc. just 135 HP - moves that 2386 LBS around nicely Thank you very much.
FCA isn't importing this 500 any longer to the USA .... I can only enjoy the 595 through my computer ...

FIAT500Owner my missus had a pop and we drove it loads, we even took a trip around Europe in it that was about a 1500 mile round trip and it didn’t miss a beat, brilliant car.

Fordy Ford great question, it would be my pick easy in the small pocket rocket class if you exclude and don’t include the Fiesta ST, it has a complete different character though to anything and is so so much fun
I remember the saxo vts used to feel fast to me and that only had 120 bhp so these little abarths are absolutely mental 😂
They go really well for sure, it’s more about the nice darty little handling on these things though
You really nailed it, man ! I've owned and driven for more then 10 years V8-cars from Ferrari (F355 Spider) and Maserati (Quattroporte Sport GT and Grancabrio MC) with great joy. But when we moved to the northern region of Italy (with many lakes and mountains), I realised that my Grancabrio MC was not the right car to have. It was too big to find a proper parking place and also to heavy to really enjoy the winding roads. So I decided to sell it and to buy my 2019 Competizione with Performance Package. As I didn't like the cheap plastics, I sent it to Garage Italia Customs in Milano for some 'detaling' : all the plastics are being replaced/covered with carbon fiber, alcantara and original Abarth leather. The result you can find on czcams.com/video/w4Uu9Q_Zqi8/video.html. Meanwhine I replaced the 17 inch rims with 18 inch (OZ Ultraleggera) in the same colour as the car. It now looks amazing. Every time I drive the car, it's pure heaven ! The chassis is very well balanced (basis of Panda !), the Koni suspension is great, the Brembo brakes will never let you down. And then the sound it makes with the Akrapovic exhaust (was not standard or even optional on the Competizione, so aftermarket). Alltough the new upcoming Maserati MC20 looks very promising, I can not immagine to get rid of my Abarth ... especially when you take into account the price difference and the running costs,

Oh WOW! I’ve just checked the link and I have to say that’s the most stunning 595 Abarth I have ever seen in my life. The carbon bits and that leather work so well on that colour car. Never get rid of that just buy something with it.

I like the abarth versions ... Too bad that rarely comes to Brazil, and when it comes the price is discouraging ... hug
Can you get them? There still pricey here to be honest but worth it when you get the super hot versions like this.
