After you finish palm rolling do you sit them under a dryer? If so for how long? I plan to do my own Locs for the first time this week and just want to make sure I do it correctly
She did put her under the dryer, I didn’t catch for how long. I personally was good at 30 minutes on low heat under a bonnet dryer. I hope this helps!
How early can you start styling your starter locs? I'm 6 months in, I was worried about if it disturbs the maturing process.
You can start styling your locs right away! as long as they have length and your not unraveling them by stretching them into styles your good! locs need all that handling, water and ruggedness to actually help it mature, think of it this way your kid wouldnt mature if you were scared to expose it to anything... This is the maturing process & dont let the style stay in longer than two weeks id say cuz hair resting is important too

Next time you retwist her hair try interlocking them.
It will help her hair lock quicker
So true it does lock faster that way but she doesn’t want her hair interlocked only retwisted right now. I do have a client who gets interlocked I will post a video on it soon so stay tuned ☺️
