    I'm 14 weeks and bleeding a lot. I've had 4 ultrasounds and my baby is OK🤷🏾‍♀️ It's scary but I'm praying for a healthy full term baby.

      I totally relate with you! I used to bleed a lot at 10 weeks of pregnancy for more than a week and the baby and I were ok in the end. He was born healthy at 39 weeks and 3 days. Good luck and look after yourself and everything will be ok!

    Sleeping on my side has been such a struggle. I normally sleep on my back but I’m 32 weeks so I sleep on my side ..it feels better to sleep on my left as I can feel my heart rate go up slightly on my right but I’m constantly flipping from side to side alllll night bc of how sore my hips get. Ahhh pregnant 🥰 so worth it

      Do you have a pregnancy pillow? Mine changed my life! Mine is like a big upside down U shape that goes under your head and down each side like a body pillow. It's long enough to support my belly and leg all the way down to my ankle. And since it's on both sides I can switch during the night without having to rearrange pillows. I got mine on amazon for $65, it's by a brand called Mietz. I got the 65" long one - I'm 5'8" and it's perfect for me. I probably sound like a salesman but I am just that in love with it lol. Best of luck to you. :)

      Also, I had the really sore hips too. They would get so tight I'd feel a cramping all the way down my legs. I think the most important thing is to make sure your hip, knee, and ankle are all in alignment for that top leg. If your hip or knee is higher than your ankle it puts strain on the hip. A foam roller on my hips/glutes worked wonders to correct it for me, but now the pregnancy pillow prevents it for me.

    I was diagnosed with UTI in my first trimester, and my doctor prescribed an antibiotic, he said it was safe to use. I used it, but I was a bit concerned though cos I learnt it's not advisable to use antibiotics esp in the first trimester. I really hope the baby is fine, healthy. I'm in my 2nd trimester now.

    • @amvl638
      @amvl638 Před rokem +6

      Certain antibiotics are safest in the first and second trimester and others are safest in the third 😊 I wouldn’t worry! UTI’s and treatment of them are very common in pregnancy

    I was pregnant on the fifth of April, and after five weeks my husband returned from travel and had foreplay, next day I was bleeding non stop It was not much until the 29th of May age
    After 7 weeks The doctor told me that the fetus died in the fifth week, and I took medication to open the uterus and I did miscarriage , I was bleeding until Sunday June second the doctor said that ovulation is next Sunday, but on Monday I bleed some light spotting of blood until the fourth day I had Intercourse so I got more bleeding .
    My menstruation is usually light for 3 days. What should I do in order not to repeat the miscarriage experience? Was foreplay the cause of uterine bleeding? Do you think I didn’t have ovulation after the miscarriage? It was a regular mistake from the doctor? Or he doesn’t do a good job to calculate. Please give me your opinion

    I have a question. Since when has Human pregnancies lasted 10 months? When I was growing up and through my childbearing years, it was always 9 months of pregnancy. I know pretty much the exact day I got pregnant for all 4 of my pregnancies. My first pregnancy I conceived a week before my birthday in November and my son was born July 31st, the exact day the Dr. Gave me for his due date. So I was pregnant for around 36 weeks for each of my pregnancies. These day you have to be pregnant for at least 40 weeks. When did this happen?

    • @grey7153
      @grey7153 Před 3 měsíci

      It has always been 10 months lol. People just have babies at different times but a completely full term is 40 weeks but that doesn’t mean it isn’t common for women to have babies during 30-38 weeks. But science has always been 40 weeks

      Pregnant women do not menstruate during pregnancy. They may have spotting or very light bleeding due to hormones, but they DO NOT shed endometrium (lining of the uterus) which is part of true menstruation.
      Period flow starts light, gets heavy, then light again.
      Apparently some women will spot through out her while pregnancy (which can be normal), but she's never truly menstruated.

    This made me feel a little better. I didn't even know I was a pregnant & im so far along ( a guesstimate of 5 mths...) that it feels forever to even get to an ultra sound. My first obgyn apt is this week & they'll focus more on my health instead. But bc I am so far along, they should schedule in another apt, not long after. The most common question ppl ask us is the gender & we have no clue. The smaller percentage is like ,"good, keep it a surprise." When we're both just dying to know. I want a boy & that's it. But if it's a girl. She just is. I told my hubby well have 10+ daughters if we have to. Just to get to a boy but I was kidding. But somexs I see the little girls & his moms catches me like it shouldn't be long. Just hope it's not a little girl. She knows we're hoping for a male. But it's like awwww. But I remember when my daughter was that small. Girls r like little dolls in cute dresses, lol. & just like that I miss having a mini female me. Then it's like oh. I already have 1 of those. Have no clue what it's like having a male version of me but I guess it'll be an adventure. Like everything else. Ppl be like ,"boys r easier"... 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️ yeah ok. Till he starts becoming destructive.
