    Do you think the whipping or the momentum assisted way is also effective? Aerobic Imagine trying to get away from a bug or snake. Also, till u get strong and can slow it down

      For the purposes of this particular exercise, I’d say no. These sorts of drills are mostly for learning to coordinate movement, not generate power or speed. If the goal was the latter, then you’d prob be able to use the momentum approach.

    Will this help round shoulders

      The front to back rolls using the upper body could help strengthen the muscles that would help with round shoulders, yes!

      This exercise can help you identify coordination issues for twisting activities. It can also help you start to work through some of the issues as well.
