    What if it’s hard to get my head up? I got my self stuck in a rounded posture which also turned into swayback. Should I keep doing it?

    Very interesting. Should you keep your back as flat as possible? Does this mean straight line horizontal or can it also mean straight but in a say 10 degree angle? Or just as not be in a slumped position?

      Let your spine relax normally without tension... focus on the position of your head and the spine should line up. I hope thats helpful.
