  • In this video, Tim tries to give tips for breaking down the segmental roll so to help your body feel amazing. If you can roll segmentally and poetically, you will likely feel wonderful and move very well.

    I do all the resets but rolling is by far my favorite. Sometimes I have to take a break and just lie on the mat because the sensations of relief and release are so intense. Rolling felt so challenging in the beginning and now it feels almost easy. I had no idea how locked up my body was before rolling. I'm eternally grateful for OS.

      That’s so wonderful to hear! When I first started rolling it wasn’t pretty - it’s so neat to experience how it does get better and smoother.

    Tim, I wish I had found this sooner. I recently reinjured my knee and cannot do much of anything. I do remember that you helped me with the egg roll. Anyway, I can't do anything that is knee centric but I am going to do this rolls tomorrow. Thank you so much.
