Loved this perspective, very insightful
Great video. Short and seemingly accurate. I don't like the videos of people that do Day in the Life videos where they do nothing related to the job. haha
Thank you!!

Hi, i have an interview for Assistant Care Coordinator. Do you have any tips or advice on what to say or keep in mind?
How can we get more info regards this???
All these sounds like 60k a year?
What is kind of course if we want be come PCC.
experience in scheduling and some knowledge/work history with insurance or at hospital/doctor clinic. Experience with medical records also a plus. Usually, you would want to get an entry level job with admin assistant or clerical job at hospital/clinic/doctor office to gain some experience first before applying for this position.
I have a question do you need some kind of degree to get into this field.
Some will want a college degree relate to health or administration. However, some is more lax with requirement depending on company. If u have enough experience with scheduling and patient interaction/insurance, u should be fine.
Hi just starting my career as a Patient Care Coordinator as a fresh grad what advice can you give for a fresh starter like me hehehe co'z i don't have any idea hehehe a little bit nervous huhuhu hope you make a content video a patient care coordinator do you can give some tips hehehe thank you
It really depends on what department u r in. I was in nursing, so lots of scheduling and working with patient and doctor office. Be comfortable on the phone and build rapport with pts. Learn to say no is the hardest thing. U want to help as much as possible, but pts can be demanding and unreasonable
I'm a medical assistant, can I become a care coordinator?
yes, they will ask about your experience of scheduling, basic understanding medical records, and talking to patients about their care service. Some places might need you to have basic understanding of insurance, which you can learn on youtube or google. good luck!
How do you like it, how can one be that?
It depends on the day. Some day is a breeze while some days there lots of work. You need some healthcare admin assistant or scheduling job/experience before you can apply to become one.
not always true I'm from Boston they are willing to train
