A long time ago, I used to work for the Faculty of IT but our group wasn't academics - we were the tech support, web developers, network guys, IT purchasing, etc. The dean hated us. He never thanked us at any Christmas party.
It was pretty funny when somebody vomited over him while he was urinating in a toilet cubicle. He never saw who did it but rumour was it was a Belgium research student.
