1. catch up with uni work completely
2. sleep routine/no phone 30 mins before bed
3. follow my meal plan
goals:
1. smash my interviews for my internships
2. complete a coding project for myself as a hobby
3. gym 3x a week

November Non-negotiables
1. Drink a min. 90 Oz of water each day. Equivalent to 4, 24 oz Starbucks tumblers because that's what I drink from every day.
2. Lift heavy weights 3-4 x's per week. 1-2 days of cardio per week. 1-2 rest days.
3. 7K steps min. per day. 50K steps per week. This is realistic with my job and schedule.
4. PLAN my meals every Sunday. Make a menu and grocery shop for the week.
5. Stop eating at 7pm.
6. Go to bed no later than 10:30pm Sunday to Thursday. No later than 11pm on Friday & Saturday. Wake up by 9am on Sat & Sun.
7. Workout fasted on Saturday mornings.
8. Write down 7 positive affirmations each day and say them out loud.
9. Do my skin care routine every day. (Have to add this in because I'm using products to help tighten my loose skin)
10. Love myself.
11. Eat min. 100 grams of protein per day.
Goals
A. Lose 7 lbs in November.
B. Feel confident in my bathing suits.
C. Tighter tummy and bigger booty 🍑
D. Feel rested and energetic.
Loved this Holly! I definitely feel like October has slipped away and I haven't been as productive as I wanted and let things slip similarly to you - going out a lot, not having a good night time routine, scrolling too much on TikTok. So ready to smash November!
Non-Negotiables:
1. Night time Routine
2. Drinking less - mainly having less drinks when I'm out at social occasions
3. Not getting carried away on the weekend with food - still choosing foods that align with my goals even if they're convenience foods and letting myself have one treat meal.
Goals:
1. Smash the shreddy challenge
2. Consistency with posting (as well!) along with this to really prioritise what's important work wise
3. Do something for myself/self care every day
