The late game zones were so tedious and full of those bullshit "bosses turned regular enemies" I had to force myself to push through to finish it.
It's just so... boring? Idk how I would describe the feeling i got while playing, but it was not very fun. I feel like the devs dont know how to make a souls like game, they just created the most nonsensical level design and level progression they could think of and litter it with countless enemies hoping that it would stick. So yeah its kinda difficult I suppose, but not the "fun difficult" kind, more like "annoying difficult" akin to the frigid outskirts in dark souls 2.
Being generous, this game is a 5/10 at best. It's only saved by its looks and setting.

I am really enjoying this game. Just yesterday. I spent the whole day just going back to early checkpoints and looking at umbral world. I found like three new ideas. I have absolutely no idea where I should go for the main story since the vestiges seem to appear in the order you find them.
Also I really like that I just get to umbral flowerbed with no heals or anything left and I make my own checkpoint then 20 steps later i am in this die or try boss fight.
Sometimes when I make flowerbed there are like 3 different routes (one being in umpral) to continue. I really digging this. There is surely some janky stuff in combat. and since i play full str build I dont think I get more than one more drop in the game after I got the sword teeth and flesh in the quite early game. so those are negatives for sure.

And to put into perspective I didnt have fun with Elden ring until I got about 20ish hours in because the first few levels are a struggle fest where a a soldier of Godrick just wipes you. Everything else is digestible, despite the BS where common trash can 2-shot you, and you need 3-5 to kill them, if there was proper distribution like in say DS3 or even say DS1. But they rely on platoons of enemies to create an artificial challenge because they can't be bothered to properly place enemies.
Oh and enjoy a shitton of ambushes and bait loot. This'd be fine every once in a while like in DS3 or ER, but when it incorporates it as one of the things to make the game "challenging", it's BS. Expect to constantly shift your camera in awkward positions, breaking immersion and opening up yourself to unrendered enemy snipes because of this.
OH and I almost forgot: Also expect to die in areas with lots of ledges because all of your attacks propel you forward. If it's not that, due to stagger from aforementioned invisible (unrendered) snipers, or maybe ambushes, or a combination of snipers hitting you because you were shifting your camera around a corner to check for an ambush to pick up the bait loot.

I just beat this game a couple of days ago and though I had a good time with it, agree with some of the frustrating points. I actually think the level design in terms of the physical layout was exceptional - the areas fit together in a way that this feels like a real interconnected 3d space that doesn't "cheat" with geography/geometry. I think the primary problem is just THERE ARE TOO MANY ENEMIES - even worse in the Umbral. Also as the game continues, they start jacking up enemy HP more and more, you don't have the time or space to fight enemies without getting overwhelmed. Unfortunately, this makes it difficult to really soak in the atmosphere and explore the really visually interesting and detailed areas. By the end, I found myself just sprinting past everything, which is something I rarely do in these games. In general, the balance in difficulty was way off, where just surviving the zones was extremely difficult, but the bosses were surpisingly easy.

I really like it. Doesn't mean you have to. Something about what you said. You don't actually have to look through the lamp all the time. Clusters of moths show up where you're supposed to use the lamp. The other thing is that this game requires you to use tools. Like throwables, magic, bows, or crossbows. These things make the game way easier since the range is so far. You can find the most strong enemy, and take him out with a strong projectile.
As far as the performance that's a valid criticism. For some reason I haven't had bad performance lately. Perhaps it's because of a recent patch. But it's too bad it released with this sort of performance issues. Though I don't really get how people have changed with this. @@randomaj237not just boss fights imo, while area to area interconnectivity of ds1 is better, single area level design is much better than ds1 and bb, theres more to coherent world design than just shortcuts to earlier areas, which is why i think ER has the best level design in fromsoft, none of the games comes even close to ER when it comes to dropping my jaw from sheer amazement of finding new areas, and the level design of the legacy dungeons are unmatched, not even by ds1, and its open world design is the most handcrafted and complex ive ever seen PERIOD. it makes the older games feel like just a bunch of impressively interconnected rooms, hallways and corridors pretty much. enemies are also much better designed with more challenge, legit i had a harder time with some ds3, sekiro and ER enemies than i did most ds1 and ds2 bosses or even entire areas from them.
personally i think most of the difficulty from ds1 comes from finding the next bonfire and some annoyingly designed areas and enemy placements, while the newer games like ds3 and ER took all the traversal and environmental difficulty away and invested all of it into the enemies and boss mechanics, which i prefer frankly. personally i think bb is the easiest, i didnt even have to memorize half the games enemy animations, u can just spam saw cleaver R1s with some half assed dodging in-between for 40 hours, u can get by with that strategy through alot of the game, i personally find it to be the most mindless and least strategic of them all, most ds3 and bb enemies dont even have poise lol, u can legit just walk up to most enemies spam R1 till they die without much thought, as long as u connect ur attack first youre good. funnily enough my favorite souls combat after ER and sekiro is ds1, theres alot of high poise enemies and theres something magical about its slow and strategic combat for me, none of the games have such methodical play as ds1 did imo, it feels like chess at times, its much more prediction, memorization and strategy based than bb and ds3 combat thats for sure, ER fixed that by having enemies as good as you are, gone are the days where u just walk up to an enemy and spam R1 till they drop, so many enemies in ER have high poise, so many mini bosses that are harder and more fun designed than half the ds3 and bb main bosses imo. the enemy placement in ER is the best in the series i say.
i also think ds3's atmosphere is better than ds1 and especially bb (which i find to be the weakest and least creative in fromsofts catalogue, environmentally speaking, its still a fromsoft game so its better than 99% of games i played though, love it to death) i think ds3 was its best when it wasnt directly referencing ds1 barring the few obvious moments, i dont know man... i think theres alot of nostalgia bias in ur comment, sounds like ds1 is ur first souls game, i mean no offense in what im saying ofcourse weve all got preferences. personally i think ER is the best one by far, followed by a tie between ds1 and sekiro.

Instead of you know, tweaking the AI of bosses, maybe making their moves faster, turn rates faster, they instead just press a button to duplicate a boss, or have the same trash mobs that 2-shot you outside the boss room spammed by the boss and then use "this is our vision" as an excuse for rushing the game out.
By how trash mobs move, this was meant to be a more balanced game. In fact, I think it was supposed to be a little easier than DS3 (due to how slow bosses are, but I wouldn't like an easier version similar to Elden Ring), but then one of the executives who are Submissives (pathological submissives at that) decided that they need to spread their twisted pathology throughout the world, and think that every Sekiro/Bloodborne/Souls-like gamer likes being ganked or being ambushed every 5 steps.
The game deserves the 5/10. If people noticed the game is LITERALLY unfinished, this would even get less than that. Until they finish the game, they deserve to remain at miniscule sales and people refund their game.

I REALLY like the distinction made in the intro, it perfectly captures the 2 type approaches one can have to those games. Personally, I came to soulslikes from playing RPGs almost exclusively (DS3 was basically the first action game I've ever played), so I was definitely the first type of player at the beginning, but I feel like I'm slowly shifting towards the second archetype as I get better at those games. Recently I finally beat Sekiro (started 2 years ago, lol) and I can definitely feel my mindset shifting towards perfectionism in combat.
Regarding LotF, I actually finished it and I mostly agree, though I feel even more negative about it than you, since I don't think that exploration and atmosphere are particularly good here either. That being said, I feel like it is very interesting WHY this game ended up being pretty bad and there might some important lessons here. I'll be keeping and eye out for next projects from those devs, though unfortunately at the moment it seems like they learned a wrong lesson and are trying to treat LotF like a like service game with constant streams of updates.

I think a big plus in this game is the variety of weapons, status effects (status effects are BROKEN if you have multiple stack up) and spells that you can all combine to make an extremely fun and viable build, I played with mostly the same gear and weapon throughout most of the game, but when I found out that you can add spells to a non magic build, it becamse SO much more fun. imbuing your weapon for a tiny amount of mana, very handy spells for the absurd amount of enemies throughout the levels was super fun and made it alot more enjoyable for me personally. And usually im also the type of guy to want to just beat every boss without using anything but my mechanical skill, parries and dodging. not saying this will greatly improve your view on the game, and tbh I dont think you'll love the game after trying this, but if you have the game anyways, id say its worth the try!

  • @rubyedd
    @rubyedd Před 7 měsíci +2

I'll start by saying: If you liked this game and genuinely enjoyed your experience with it, good. I'm glad you did, and that's great, you don't need my opinion or any others to validate/invalidate your belief, games, at the end of the day, are pretty subjective on whether you like them or not, and my rant isn't to change anyone mind but share my opinion.
This game was genuinely the most frustrating souls like I've ever played, a mix because it has some neat ideas that either don't flow well with the rest of it, and then just some ideas, bugs, and awful design choices that made the experience completely messy and just not fun almost immediately after pieta.
So many people saying they liked the level design, but I've beaten it and honestly that's probably the most frustrating part about the game. There's a lot of nook and crannies and some interesting environments laid out, but everything is so loopey and maze-like with very few landmarks and obvious paths forward that you can get lost in just about any area in the game. Every area is also designed to effectively be a hallway with very few open design areas. Then the worst part is the enemy density in all these areas. It makes exploration a nuisance, they took the worst part of souls, the ganks, and make every encounter a gank. In the endgame I don't remember a single encounter sans maybe one ruin knight, that didn't have some enemy that could snipe me or dogs etc. It stops me from wanting to explore any of the areas because it's just gonna be a glowing item (that might just be a mimic) surrounded by too many enemies that are now scaled higher so I have to two hit them rather than one despite a +10 weapon, or I just range spam them from a distance so I can actually explore.
None of this is to say it's hard either, ti's not a hard game. It's just frustrating, and that's it. Every boss is pretty easy, with the latter half being immensely disappointing minus the one lady maybe. They all have pretty copy pasted movesets/they all have to have an AOE wave ability for no reason than the devs couldn't think of another way to make them hit. The boss I thought was going to be the most interesting, the crow, ended up being the worst of them all, just being an enemy gauntlet of dogs with a boring mechanic. Then the final boss is literally either just another enemy gauntlet with ranged fireball tossers or pieta with like 2 new moves. It's ridiculous.
Also enemy variety is nothing in this game, 70% of the bosses are literally just enemies you fight two seconds later, and you'll end up fighting the same enemies in the umbral forever as well as the same enemies in the regular world forever. It's incredibly frustrating when you two shot an enemy in one previous zone over and now you take 4 shots to get it down. The worst is ranged enemies. Going from 1 shotting them to 2 shotting them etc makes taking them out so much more tedious than anything else in this game, especially with places like the final level being packed and almost every enemy being a dog or able to shoot some projectile.
Then the quest are obtuse and weird and somehow give less direction than most fromsoft quest. There's no real indicators of what will lock you of stuff either. On a story level none of them are particularly interesting either. Nothing really cool happens. Even the end cutscene in all endings are wholly unsatisfying and they literally leave you off on a text crawl because they couldn't just show you stuff.
In the end, I went the whole ride through, but I was just mad having played through it, and it got worse and worse.

I belong in both categories of "Souls enjoyers" and I got to say I fucking LOVE this game so far. The second half has fallen off a bit and the enemy spam has become a bit too much but overall I'm enjoying it. I might even like it more than DS1, DS2, and Lies of P. The combat takes some getting used to but it's so good. The latern mechanics do ware off a bit but that's fine. I'm loving the bosses because they have good telegraphs and mostly intutitive timings. Lies of P bosses weren't very enjoyable to me because of the choppy animations, varied timing combo chains, and Elden Ring 2.0 delayed attacks. The performance is the worst part of LOTF.
It's sad how many people don't actually give the game a good change, hate on it, or can't enjoy the good aspects and focus heavily on the flaws. I'm not saying you didn't give it a chance but a lot of people have been calling it a slightly better Lords of the Fallen. This game isn't just a bit better than the original. This game is way, way, way better.

agreed with most of your comment but the elden ring 2.0 delayed attacks, that just adds more depth to enemy combat, enemies and bosses that do that feel actually dynamic, and not just robots that shit out 3-4 hit combos based on your positioning like the older games do. as a dude that started with ER, the older games bosses were a complete utter joke, with only sekiro giving me a challenge.

    • @highdo2244

@AhmadAlmilli I absolutely hate most ER bosses. So I couldn't disagree more. The delayed attacks are just unimmersive, unrealistic, and more frustrating than fun. It forces a trial and error approach that I hate. Sekiro and DS3 easily have my favorite bosses. I only love a few in ER. Many ER bosses lack the flow state of constant back and forth that I love.
I compare Souls bosses to music (Sekiro and DS3 caused this). Elden Ring bosses feel choppy and offbeat. For me, delayed attacks don't add depth. They just make you sit there and be like "when the fuck are you going to attack." Feints and slight delays are fine but no enemy with self preservation is going to hold an attack out that long. It feels like I said unrealistic and unimmersive.

They never stop (especially when you're in Umbral) and they take several hits each to defeat... even with upgraded weapons. I found myself running through to the next boss as fast as possible because it was so annoying. Bosses are the only thing keeping me with this game. The rest is an absolute chore. The only thing that would make exploration tolerable is co-op, but that's completely broken and no one is playing it. Lies of P, Remnant 2, and Wo-Long are far superior to whatever this game is.

And a lot of it I found tedious- including some very tedious boss fights. But I enjoyed enough to continue on and look forward to NG+. I farmed and upgraded and tied up loose ends and had my build ready to go. Then I found out the kicker- no check points in NG+. Only one temporary seed-based zap to central and that’s it. I am really disappointed. This pushes the game into unplayable territory. And I was really excited for this game and moving forward. And now I’m just really disappointed. I just keep trying to want to start over fresh, but… I don’t. So, yeah. Bad game mechanic decision has pulled the plug for me. Is ER DLC out yet?

Every souls game has issues when facing more than one enemy ....this is not unique for this game. The realm and lamp issue is also small.
My personal issue is if they make a game with so much platforming then there should be a jump button that just jumps....not when you run .
When bosses and enemies will follow you with their attack ( meaning they will turn after you while their attack is still about to land ) , then the player should do the same, but instead with multiple enemies the game ( CAMERA) goes sometimes crazy and the lock on target goes crazy .
Also on PS5 i would like to MAP MY BUTTONS.... light and heavy attack to square and triangle.
      ______________________________________________
But over all i like the game ..... i think this guy just did a video because it's a new game and maybe he wanted to fish for views by saying that a new game sucks when most people like it.
      It's A common tactic .
Or maybe he is one of those people who has to say something different when majority say this is good, then he has to say it's bad in order to feel special ....i don't know some people have issues like that as well.
      _________________________________________________________________
I like the game.... Maybe some of the armor could look a little more bad ass not wierd like huge bell head or other silly stuff, but i like that you can put color to your armor set parts so they match...... i like the world and i love my holy lightsaber build :D
for me it's worth the money .
To be honest Elden Ring could take some of the dark art from here and armor sets ... i also would like to see end game strength weapons being swords , not just big hammer style weapons in every souls game and souls like game ... this gets kind a old.
but over all i like the game.. it's clunky sometimes when platforming, but it's definitely a strong 8 or 9 out of 10
I also like that weapons do longer combos than just 4 attacks.
If they fix button mapping or make the game more smoother , also maybe give invincibility frames when picking up runes or going in dark realm , it will be a 9,5
      __________________________
But its defdetently not a bad game .
For some reason i like it even more than Lies of P despite their i could change attacks on square and triangle.
Maybe its because this game has ARMOR sets and shields and lies of P has only weapons and cosmetic armor.

    • @ikedogman1
      @ikedogman1 Před 7 měsíci

Not a bad game at all. I really enjoy it. I’ve gotten into NG+ and I’m about half way through and the vestiges have just started becoming a problem. And trust me they are. For a few reasons-
      1. NG+ is supposed to be more challenging but also scale with your advanced build. This means you need to continue leveling through the run. However, every time I get near being able to level I have to spend the vigor on seeds and so I’m not scaling enough and they made these bosses TANKY AF!
      2. I’m playing in PS5 and the gram rate issues are atrocious. It’s upsetting that the Q&A session revealed that PC is priority and they will get to console. I also paid for the game soooo…. The Dervla boss fight was a nightmare. So much HP and so much shit cluttering the screen- various AOE attacks and pillars breaking and frame rate goes to shit. Over and over I died to screen freezing right before an attack and cut to- I’m dead.
I’m still enjoying it and making my way regardless of the changes. But it just got to the point where it’s going to be a major burden. But NG+ isn’t just supposed to be giving bosses insane amounts of health. In a lot of ways NG is actually getting your build ready and preparing for NG+. But there needs to be a balance and it’s missing in a lot of ways here. I don’t mean to just rip on the game because I really like it. But it’s just so close to being incredible and these things are getting in the way of that. It’s just disappointing when you come across it while having a lot of fun playing. Hopefully the devs are listening and taking some notes. Because this game deserves to be as good as it almost is.
Random note- my inventory is so fucked up. It will say I have seeds when I don’t. Items disappear. Items in various shops won’t let me buy items I have the resources for. And for the love of god- SHOW THE RUNE MODIFIER INFO!
And, yes- that skip they call a jump is a joke. A hilarious gravity death joke.
Also the Lies of P armor were the different equip items. Can’t remember what they were called. So it served the same purpose. Just didn’t come attached to what you wore.

    • @ikedogman1
      @ikedogman1 Před 7 měsíci

Ok, I’ve definitely hit the moments where the no vestige thing has become a MAJOR problem. I planted a vestige right outside a boss I can’t beat because the HP is batshit insane and the frame drops make it unbearable. It takes so long, I have learned how to flawless victory the first phase doing the same move over and over and over and over. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the second phase where I keep dying from the same attack causing the frame rate to shit the bed. So I wanted to get a respec item and see if I had a better option because I’m an insanely high level and I can’t wrap my head around how little damage I do. But you can’t leave the area until you beat the boss. The respec item is right above me where I can’t get to. So I have to warp back to central and go all the way back to grab an item. I could buy one at the hub only it tells me I don’t have enough for one even though I have over twice as much as they cost. And so it’s a long ass way to have to circle all the way around and back to do one simple thing because I’m trapped in the area. I just want to get through the boss who I must add was my favorite in the first play through and now it’s just ruined for me. This is just one of the most recent examples of why NG+ is a mess.
They originally wanted no vestiges for the main game but testers hated it. Now they are saying that the people who don’t like it are a “vocal minority”. Oh really? Then why take it out in the first place? Oh, because people didn’t like it? Oh, well that makes sense. The crazy thing is the frame rate has gotten WORSE after the patches I’ve received. It was bad my first play through but it’s at the point where the really busy boss fights literally look like old cheap claymation with a digital filter over it.
It’s all so maddening when all of this effects a game that could be something special. They got so close and it bums me out. I just really hope that the changes are coming. The technical stuff is a no brainer, but now that I’m seeing the real negative consequences of no check points, my assumptions have been validated.

The developers of this game are insistent on punishing the player for the sole reason of making it difficult. If it was punishing the players and making it difficult Sekiro-style where it's just pure difficulty and dynamics/mechanics, for sure.
But this game relies on every cheap, artificial tactic to make a game difficult:
    - Super armour on non-trash mobs
    - Spongy EVERYTHING (This is in context to how trash mobs can 2-shot you at the beginning, and you need to, WHILE 2-HANDING, 3-5 attacks.
    - Infinite aggro
    - A god awful number of bait loot to make the shitty surprise/ambush attacks work
    - Too many mobs, and I mean TOO MANY
    - Ranged mobs sniping you from unrendered positions
    - Ranged projectiles from mobs are TOO FAST, it almost feels like a hitscan rather than projectiles
    - Filling every, and I mean EVERY small skirmish with Elites. And those elites -WILL- be paired up with ATLEAST 2 supporting trash mobs. Mostly they are a good "party", complete with ranged spellcasters/snipers, tanks, and trash mobs.
    - Bullshit "checkpoint" system. Did I mention that in New Game+, the non-seed vestiges LITERALLY disappear? Like there will be NONE of them, so you can only have 1 checkpoint AT A TIME FOR THE WHOLE GAME via a seed. Don't have one, and need to buy one? Sucks for you.
New Game+ in EVERY OTHER SOULS-LIKE, while making it of course more challenging, implements more QoLs because it respects that you already know how to get through that area, so now, it relies on the actual challenge of combat, which is basically the crux of the game, to challenge you more. In this game, they think that by making mobs that now incorporate the above enumerated things is now much more fun because now you don't have savepoints.
Idiot develoeprs think that tedium = challenge, similar to players that praise this BS is a combination of egotistic and pathological masochists that force their twisted biases on other people do not deserve to be in game development/direction, and most certainly do not deserve to criticize people for not liking it.
EDIT: A lot of the positive comments have people praising the game. Looks like most of the kids nowadays like dodging shit instead of actually playing the game. No wonder Mayweather is famous. People are too defensive nowadays, even in games. Instead of actually going mano a mano, people prefer to just keep dodging or parrying and get the occasional 1-2 strikes in, or maybe just win a skirmish or a boss fight by pure parrying, relying solely on visceral attacks. Such a dumb generation.

Its like they took a look at Ds2s worst parts then decided yes that will be our main theme of the game.

@@LordOfChaos.x True. DS2 was the trashiest FS game I've played. DS1 had an excuse, since it was more "experimental" at release, but DS2, despite being developed by another team with FS, does not excuse its BS.
Sekiro, which was so fine-tuned in combat, knows proper pacing. They don't spam players thinking that frustration = challenge. If they wanted to make a more challenging game, they could've tweaked the parry window or s to be less forgiving, making bosses hit faster, even make mobs hit more and faster.
Instead, they lazily just spam spawn points in the world, fill every skirmish with elites and ALWAYS a ranged PDPS/MDPS with them, and then rely so much on ambushes, because placing boxes and enemies instead of re-coding their animations are easier.
It's frustrating how the world is pretty, and combat is somewhat decent, but I can't relish the feeling of just plain getting lost inside this world, because they decided it's going to be frustrating, NOT CHALLENGING, to explore it.

I enjoy the story and world of souls games but i also enjoy the combat. So if a souls-like game doesn't have a good balance of both, i generally don't like it that much. Lies of P has truly spoiled us with what it means to have a perfect souls-like game while still bringing its own ideas. This game just has clunkiness and enemy that's very similar to dark souls 2 and that's a good comparison, the dodging feels weird, the combat has neat ideas but still clunky, too much enemy spam that makes it a chore to enjoy exploration especially in umbral. Its not as bad as dark souls 2, its like 5 or 6/10 game at most. I love a good dark fantasy and the setting and aesthetics have been the only think that kept me going. I'm a 100% sure i don't want to do ng+. Lies of P i felt like i wanted to do ng+ and i did, same feeling i had with other souls games not ds2. Enemy density is crazy in some parts of the game. They also feel the need to put archers and mages everywhere that can snipe you from across the map. And enemies don't lose aggro xD

My gripe is that the bosses are piss easy while the levels are absolute BS. Give me a hard boss game!

My only complaint is fps drops. Gameplay is fantastic though

This games difficulty is pretty artificial simply because the performance of the game is so bad. The frame pacing problems make combat next to unplayable at times. The jittery movement only makes the already janky fighting a lot worse to bear. Game could be better if it didn’t have so many bugs. Massive patch needed

I actually loved Lies of P, even though the level design was very linear. A little too linear for my taste so when I picked up Lords of the fallen this thing really opens up once you get past that first boss. I mean I just got to the swamp area there's multiple ways to go, I picked up the pilgrims key which opened up a whole other area which is extremely difficult. Initially I really was finding myself maybe not enjoying the game as much as I would have hoped. After some patches the performance feels much better and the scale of the maze-like level design really opened up. So yeah, I'm actually enjoying it. Sekiro also being one of my favorites of all time. Sekiro was not perfect with sound design either. That God awful "GONG" sound whenever you needed to execute a death blow. I mean that would be a loud enough to wake up half the neighborhood LOL. I hated it. But did little to deter me from loving the overall game.

As a long time fan of the Genre, I thought the game was fantastic. It delivered everything I wanted from a souls-like. I hope this studio keeps making these types of games. The future of this genre is looking very bright these days.

GIANT is an understatement. I can only give them props for how they set up the multiplayer options for souls like games for the future.
THEY GOT LITERALLY EVERYTHING ELSE WRONG!
The rant list is long. Like, really really long. Main one is that it lacks. Man does it lack. It’s also in one of the worst states of multiplayer ever. Bugs and lag galore. They also did what Elden Ring did but worse and made you fight a Boss enemy then you run into the same enemy types randomly later in other lvls. The combat is slow and bleh. The magic is bleh. All the npcs are bleh. Am I using bleh enough for this? It’s just overall BLEH. I’ll beat it once because my friend wants to and then bye bye. If I want a game like it, I’ll just go back to Elden Ring. It’s not worth the $70 launch but then again not many games are anymore. It also shouldn’t have launched in the state it was in but again that’s the normal now.

I personally haven’t had any issues on pc besides a second or 2 of stutter during the intro cutscene and when I first loaded into the game, but since then it’s ran perfectly. I’ve definitely had my frustrations with the game, but the pros outweigh the cons to me.

On Xbox this game is a complete disaster. If I can get my money back I will. Frame rates are not even playable. Just really really bad.

Idk what this dude is on I’m having a blast playing this! The dread from the Umbral realm is super intense. Do I get lost a bunch… hell yea but that’s part of the experience. My advice is play the game yourself and decide. Never let someone else’s opinion stop you from experiencing something for yourself. If I did that I wouldn’t have experienced some of my favorite games/movies/you name it. Social media has ruined people’s ability to think for themselves!

Exactly, this video comes across as someone who didn’t have a good time and therefore nobody else will. After watching him play the game I can safely conclude that he needs to “git gud”
