@johmbon @wallstreetswiper6645 shaders pre-loading always starts off at 0% for a few minutes, until it gets the first few percent and it just keeps accelerating and you absolutely have to let them download
Update: *If Smokes are pixelated - its the texture filter setting, set this back to 2X or higher like 16X*
If you want to revert any of the config adjustments, you can move the settings file to desktop or delete it, reboot the game and it was auto create a new one running all default settings! :)

Yes in the "options.4.cod23.cst" config file, this is the lowest possible setting that won't pixelate your smoke:
Texture filtering quality level
TextureFilter:0.0 = "TEXTURE_FILTER_LINEAR”

Honestly have replied on Panj for the last 5 years of playing PC games. Every single video has provided some sort of fps boost, some small and making a game smoother. Others massivley drastic. Much love to the man himself putting this much time into graphics research
can you please make video about ultimate windows 10/11 optimization or about custom os ?
ive tried countless custom os and optimization guides, none of them helped with fps.. if anything it made windows more unstable. maybe your results will differ but for me stock windows 10 performs basically the same as those stripped down/optimized custom os.

When I put on AMD FSR 3.0, and put on AMD frame generation I went from 90-100 fps ingame to around 170-180

thanks for the video, made me realize I was overusing the GPU for extra fps that was really unnecessary and contributing to my stuttering, now the game is silky smooth and I don't need to shell out big $$$ for a new video card

Before discovering your video I played around with the various settings, but was quite a challenge to find the perfect balance between image quality and performance. @@gameboy-ws1ow I havent tested that specifically. I just did everything the video showed me. Tbh, I dont miss the dead bodies or the blood. The game is so ridiculous fast paced that you never pay attention to details like that.

No turn it Off. It doubles your latency. A No Go on fast competitive shooters. There also some issues in fast moving scenes

GPUUploadHeaps (aka resizable bar) is actually bugged and needs to be OFF (you will observe smoother experience if you do it)
Thanks - It's very dependant on GPU, If Rebar is on in bios, if rebar is forced on via Nvidia profile inspect, if AMD Smart access memory is also enabled, and then it's still worth trying ON and OFF because it could also run differently due to how CPU bound you are

Hey I got a question right there. My mw3 weapon blueprints with certaint death effects arent showing up when i kill an enemy. Theres just the normal death effect with no special effect on it. its really weird and i want to use my things as they come and not like they arent working. Is it maybe a system file issue or a graphical issue? I will thank everyone who got an answer!
