Greetings my friends and welcome back to another horrifying episode of modded Subnautica! This time, I managed to get my hands on a copy of the Cthulhu mod along with a custom new Submarine, both of which will work together today to transform....and break the landscape of 4546B! Ready for some nightmares? Well then come along!

Just wanna clear some misconceptions about the VPN: it doesn't prevent big corporations from tracking you (unless you clear up the cookies each time you switch the VPN on and off). It _does_ prevent your internet service provider to know where you go, but it makes it so that the VPN owner can now start tracking you. You just stop handing your browsing info to your ISP and give it to the VPN company instead. Also, if you are on a https website, the data transmitted is already encrypted.

That's because the creature you're likely talking IS a Mosasaur, and judging by the model it's the one used from ARK.

Hey, those first two creatures in the creature mod you showed off are actually prehistoric animals that really existed! The first is an ammonite, and the second is a mosasaur! That said, ammonites never got nearly that big, but on occasion they would actually be larger than a person!

I think the colossal tentacles is the "Unkown Monstrosity" on the very bottom of the dead zone, the monster that was never implemented but still in the game where you only see a massive eye and your game crashes, it was like a creepypasta of the game

A Kraken
I can’t believe no one has modded in a proper Kraken into the game yet. like a massive squid / octopus with its mouth full of sharp teeth.

a similar mechanic like that tentacle animation was actually supposed to be in the game, it just wasn’t added due to performance issues

I think with creatures like this Alterra will sell the planet to whoever is crazy enough to buy it even if it's for 5$
Plus: Can you imagine an alternaitve timeline where Ryley comes back from all of this stuff,shares the footage of the things he saw and Alterra just forgets about all the credits he owes them, and they give him free therapy sessions for the rest of his life.

What is your favorite biome to build your home base in? I have mini bases with supplies that pertain to that specific biome in every biome (including the dead zone, for the lols), but my home base is in the bulb/koosh zone! :)
I did the same in Below Zero, but I just live on an iceberg; Not as exciting.
Edit: It would be awesome if the tentacles could pull the Aurora under water, and you have a limited time to repair it before it goes underwater, then it would get a lot tougher to repair it, but if you don’t, the map continuously gets radiation
Probably around the ghost tree for a final base :) And I really like the idea about pulling the aurora down.
i think for me, it's definetly building a sea dragon observatory in the lava zone! it's really cool to just see it going around murdering different creatures that come across its path (also thermal plants are op lol)
if i were to choose another place to build a base, i'd probably build it somewhere near the underwater mountains/mountains (no idea why but i just really love the atmosphere in that area)
oh and also, whenever i'm playing around with mods i have the platformers mod installed (they add platforms that float on water, similar to the neptune escape rocket platform! not really.. that much of a change to the game but its still very fun) and if i'm in late game and im just bored and doing nothing, then sometimes i go out into the void and i make a platform there and i make a small base on the small platform that i have lol
Wow those looked like some cool mods for Subnautica. The mod that I thought was cool was where you could see what you have in storage on a tv screen that looked so awesome and the new sea creatures in one of the mods looked pretty awesome too.

It would be so entertaining to do a challenge with that fire extinguisher, where you can only move around using the fire extinguisher and to do anything else/switch hand items, you cant move during that time.

That creature that wraps its tentacles around the Aurora, is indeed Cthulhu.
During the dialog when the Aurora explodes, you can somewhat make out some words or even sentences.

A small myth/theory from me that tentacle guy in the void is the one who wrap the tentacles around the aurora and if you look close almost the same texture appears and imagine a fight between that void creature and the gargantuan leviathan
