If the police have so many officers that can come out to a man taking perfectly legal pictures on a public footpath,then they have plenty of time and officers to attend real crime scenes. The police were called,but never actually came around to his house. He sat up all night for weeks on his own waiting for the culprit to return. The police are no longer fit for purpose.

I always remember seeing two female officers try and apprehend an average size guy at night. he went berserk. Both female constables screamed and squealed, and one threw her torch at him. @2:13 PACE states an officer has no right to search any person/vehicle unless they have “Reasonable Suspicion” that prohibited/stolen articles will be found.
