I used to use a bauer re akt 75 in a medium size, and switched to the tacks 910 in a size medium as well. Recently, after a while on the ice the sides of my head started to hurt me in the 910 helmet, I've never had this problem in my re akt 75 helmet, I measured both helmet on the side, and my re akt 75 helmet is about 1/2 inch wider. My head size in cm is 58.5, btw, what do you suggest I do?

Based on your measurements the medium was the right choice. Try expanding the shell slightly so it alleviates that pressure!

Lol that’s exactly what I just did today I had a re akt 75 medium and I just bought a 9 ten. The guys at pure hockey said that Bauer helmets are better for people with longer heads and ccm is better for wider heads

@@jebbiew9734 weird cuz the guy above said that the sides of his head was hurting so you wouldn’t want CCM if you can’t adjust the width, only length is adjustable….

what visor is compatible with this? Is it only CCM visors? Looking for a visor similar to the ones the pros wear, which is usually a straight one, not the bulky ones.

The CCM VRPRO Straight Certified Visor would be the number one choice, but if you're looking for something more affordable with the same style, the CCM VR14 Straight Certified Visor would be the best second option. You can find both on our website!

I have a head circumference of 23.5 inches and wear a size large Ccm 710 helmet and although it does fit great, my ears are touching the top of ear thingy if that makes sense? I’m wondering if I should try a size medium?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by that. If you're referencing the clear plastic ear guards, you can remove those if need be. My biggest suggestion is to have a helmet that fits your head the best for the best protection. If you can try on a medium and compare how it fits, I would go that route first. If not, it seems like the large helmet fits you right now.
