Farming Simulator 2017 Timelapse #11: Earning Our New Combine!

- In today's FS17 time lapse video, which is set in Goldcrest Valley-
We want to upgrade out combine today, in order to do that we're going to have to spend most of the day working for the neighbours. It does also mean that we'll be able to get a good price reduction on quite a few fields which is also a big bonus. Once we've earned the combine, we're also going to buy a few extra pigs so that we can reach our target of 200 pigs that much sooner. It'll be nice to actually make some profit from the pigs instead of just pouring endless amounts of corn, wheat and beans into them!

Frithgar. I am speechless about these videos. I cant imagine how much time you put into these videos. I love watching these and I find them really relaxing. I love this videos! I like this timelaps more than a normal lets play with this game. Relaxing to the music and i see the progress very good!

You need to look into the Follow Me mod. Very helpful to avoid repeat trips with multiple machines.
My favorite headers are the ones with the build in trailer. I can't stand when they are separate and trying to take the header off the trailer, it always gets stuck.

Frithgar, when you do the test to see what crop gives the best price, could you do another test to see if there is some hidden stat in the game that gives the sunflower header a higher yield versus the corn header, that's the only thing i could see that would really make getting the sunflower header worthwhile.
No, there's no extra yield, but because of the way the sunflower header works, you only get the actual heads of the flowers going into the combine, which means you can pull the crop through at a faster rate. Using the sunflower header allows you to go at 9 mph instead of 6 mph, so over large areas the extra speed would pay for itself.

When I use the chisel plough it is bouncing up and down so half of the field is not being registered as ploughed can you help ???!!!!

If you do a job and want some straw bales, you can start a baler with follow me after the combine

Frithgar It's also a free way to get it :). If you do square bales you only have to start follow me, but if you want round bales. You need to download the automatic unload mod
why dont you use the "lower animal price" MOD that is in the modhub?
YOU can get a lot more pigs for the money :) but i dont realy know if you need to sel them at that lower price to thoe :)

in fs17 how do you get the side mirrors to work, I cant see out of my side mirrors in my tractor

Is it just me or is all your time lapses switching between lower and high quality a Bunch? I have the setting on 1080p60
I think there are point where it lowers in quality a little, although I've never been able to pin down exactly why it does it. It's something I'm working on, but part of the problem is that when a video is uploaded to CZcams, the quality is lowered a little, so parts of the video that have high contrast textures like canola or potato stubble, you'll get those really annoying artifacts coming up.
Frithgar I have noticed that the text does not lower in quality but the game does (most noticeably in the potato or canola plants like you said) so could it be with editing or recording?
