My interview was at HAITI IT TOOK ME 6 MONTHS TO GET MY POLICE CERTIFICATE FROM DPCJ AND THEY DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR IT AT THE INTERVIEW

Good content and really helping information, I have question about Australian Federal police certificate check. They have to types of police check, oone for online and does not include fingerprints, and the other one by mail post but requires to get a manual inked fingerprints taken by the local authorities in beneficiary home land.

Is police certificate from US needed if I have lived & work there for 3.5yrs? I reached out to the police department of KY and was told that their contact from USCIS said that only from outside US. Can you pls confirm?
if you are talking about K1, here is what they said about it, "You must provide a police certificate for each country where you lived for a period of six months. The only exception is the United States if you have previously lived here or are currently living here"

Hi Ma'am, I've renewed my passport and my IV is scheduled in a month. I have 2 PCC, one from the current country and other from home. Home PCC has old passport number mentioned. I dont have enough time to procure new PCC for new passport (where old passport number also mentioned) and I haven't travelled back home with any passports. Am i good to attend the IV with existing PCC's ?

My fiance went to her K1 Fiance Visa interview date and everything was good except she did not have a Police Clearance Letter from Jordan and was told that her Visa is going to be on hold until she can get the Letter to where once she receives the letter she has to mail it along with her passport and then she will get her visa but the question I have is she left working and living in Jordan in 2019 and has been living in her home country of the Philippines and we are having a hard time getting the letter and as of last Friday she went on line to try and get the letter and even paid the amount they asked for but what happens if we still can't get it is that something that a waiver could be applied for?

Hello, can someone please answer my question. My fiancé got both the police clearance from Spain and also one from France, but they were sent by email. We were planning to print them for the interview but now some people are telling us that we need original copies sent from that country by the post office. Is this true ? It would take a very long time to get these documents and I don’t know if they can send them in my fiancés country. Is printing them enough ?

My fiancé have her police clearance printed on March 3,2020 from Bahrain, she also left her job in Bahrain on March 8 2020. Due to the Covid-19 and lock down in Manila she didn’t get to go home after May 2,2020. My fiancé have been residing in the Philippines since then. I-129F was approved on April 2021, due to the pandemic our approved form I-129F was on hold at NVC from 10/21-04/22. NVC forward the I-129F to U.S. Embassy in Manila on May-10-2022.
QUESTION(1) Does my Fiancé need to get a new Police Clearance Certificate again for her Interview for the K1 visa?
My fiancé never left Philippines since May 2020. We are now trying to put all our Documents in order for her future interview In Manila so when the Consulate contact my fiancé we are ready with all our documents. The Police certificate is the only one that we are having a hard time understanding. I also inquired to NVC but their response might take a while since they are behind with responding in the Inquiries.

I use to live in UK and got a police clearance that was issued July 2021 which was what I submitted to NVC…I visited UK again for holiday In December 2021 for 2 weeks…will I need to get an another police report for my interview since I went back to visit?
@@Terorise for my opinion yes since your last PC issued date was after your last visit, certainly they will know when your last visit in UK from your passport and they want to make sure there was no any issues on your last visit, so I would recommend to get a new one prior to your interview
