It's looking like going through the embassy can take a very long time so I am considering flying to the US to apply but I can't find any information about how to do that. I've called my nearest embassy, the IRS and SS and can not get any answers.

I have a question; I applied for the N-600 and was approved. In 2019, I found my biological father and he is a U.S. Citizen, prior U.S. Navy stationed in the Subic Bay Olongapo City Philippine’s back in 1971-1975. I was born in the Philippine’s and my mom is Filipina. What Citizenship Status would I be now since I have found out my Father is a U.S., and I have became Naturalized through N-600? Do I need to notify the U.S. Immigration Office? I’m already in the process of applying for the Philippine Affidavit of Paternity through the Washington D.C. Philippine Consulate because the State of Alabama which my father is from needs to use that Philippine Consulate.

Hi! Thanks for your helpful videos! I have a question: my fiancé and will apply for k1 visa, but I need a waiver i-601 and i-212. Should we apply for waiver at the same time we apply for k1 or should we wait for the k1 interview? In case I wait for the interview, probably they will denied the k1 visa at the moment of the interview, right? And then they would tell me that I need a waiver or they just denied the application? A lawyer told us to apply for the waiver after we receive the receipt number from the k1 visa. Is it the right thing to do? Make all the process faster or no difference? Thank you!

😊 Hi my name is Jenna I am 22 and I’m from USA and in the process of bringing my fiancé here. We met about 5 years ago and have met in person a couple times for long periods of time. He is from Iran. For now I have sent the K-1 fiancé visa application along with all the other paperwork and proof to the USCIS. I have gotten a notice in the mail saying they got it and it is being processed. Do you know about how long until I hear back from USCIS. Also… I have tried sending letters to Iran before and they never got to him. Will I have to send documents to my fiancé in this process or can they just be photocopied? I would so so so appreciate if you could answer these questions as best as you can. THANK YOU 😊
