Blackgram without skin -1 Tbl.sp
salt -1/2 tsp
Hot oil for the batter - 1 ladlefull.
Fine rawa -1 tsp
pepper & cumin -1 tsp crushed coarsely
oil -For deep frying

Very nice madam. Even we also do the same for anjaneyar. But i used to grind ulundhu as dry coarse powder and mix with water and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Then mix with Ghee and rice flour and make vadai.

Both are different.Colour, smell everything is different. Green gram is Moong - பயத்தம் பருப்பு With skin.Black urad /Black gram is உளுந்து.
