Milagu Vadai or Anjaneyar vadai is made using urad dhal and pepper. It is called as Anjaneyar vadai because it is made during Human Jayanthi and offered to him as prasadam. Its speciality is its crispness and spicy taste. Here I have shown the tips and tricks to make it the easy way and to maintain the crispness for long.

We did this but too crispy and hard to eat.
Usually I will make this by soaking the urad dal also I will add one spoon of ghee to frying oil. It will be soft & tasty.
