What about the calcium buildup on the bottom of the boiler, shouldn't that be addressed? Wasn't that a common issue with the bz10 where replacing the o-ring solves the mushroom buildup where the boiler endcap mates with the boiler itself?
Hey there, the bz10 I’ve been using at work the past few days simply won’t turn on, no light coming on, nothing, any ideas why that have happened? Thanks!
Check the water tank switch, level to start, if the machine isn't registering the water in the tank nothing will work, but very hard to diagnose without seeing the machine

The customer said to leave it , and it to be repaired the following time it came in for service
