I followed this story closely as it came out. The list was a document found on his computer. Someone close to him explained it was more of a cycle planning/shopping list for himself and a training partner for an undisclosed time period in the future, as in they would not all be ran at once.

It’s tough man. I mean runners/cyclists etc using gear there’s gonna be different reasons to use different things like take Lance Armstrong - taking EPO for this blood doping for that GH for this - it’s gonna be strategic to not get caught number 1 but to maximise the benefits of different things (red blood cells, strength, body fat, endurance etc) so they would be more likely to be on lesser doses (possibly to avoid getting to big maybe) but there’s different reasons different functions to consider. Bodybuilding? You’re looking to get bigger - as big as possible and at contest time looking to get as ripped as possible. No top of that going from a newbie in the gym to an IFBB pro - there’s a solid chance you’ll never be drug tested anywhere so you can just take whatever - these things (obviously) lead to so pretty crazy cycles. Not all pros but everyone but some are no doubt taking just crazy amounts.

I honestly don't think this is accurate. There is a limit to benefits gained from exogenous hormones and a lot of this is just overkill and wouldnt really yield much greater gains. For instance, 2400mg or Trenbolone per week would be so far past the threshold of maximum efficacy that I'm sure the side effects alone would negate any benefit at all. Also, same would be said of the Anadrol use and several others. These guys arent stupid, they are just looking to get an edge so if that edge isnt there and there is no benefit to increasing dosages, I don't believe Dallas or any other competitor would continue in this way. At the end of the video the author inserts the word "alleged" which is not in the title so I'm guessing this is all pure conjecture for views.

You might be right, but we're talking about a guy who was so far from a typical human, it is possible he could go through that type of dosing for weeks, or even months at a time. I know someone (deceased now) who took 100-200 mg of Anadrol per day, and the side effects came later. Tobacco is a similar comparison. It can take years of abuse for the ill effects to show.
