The state does not want to pay the ransom. So these people are going to have to suffer until the state decides to pay the ransom, or the state figures another way out of it all.

The Florida Department of Health has been jerking me around for 10 months in producing & sending me my latest Massage Therapy renewal license after 20 yrs as an LMT in SW Florida. I've been in Healthcare for 37 yrs here & I recently left nursing after 33 yrs. The FL DOH appears to have issues atm, imo. Before the attack, I mean, from my view.😎
