Man, this is one of the best videos I've found. Language-universal. He points out the essential fasteners. Motions what to do. Anyone all around the world who has this car and is actually working on it will know what he means and what to do. I started ripping out my battery, then came and watched the video, ripped out more stuff, then watched the video again, and I think I just have a couple steps left. It's just 4 minutes of content for battery removal, essentails only. Beats watching the 45 minute videos in which you have to watch a guy remove each bolt one by one and ramble on and on. This is a video by a professional mechanic for professional mechanics, and gets right to the point!

Your video is excellent, I did exactly that, but the warning triangle and the hybrid check message appear and I go to the fuse panel and remove the white cable for 5 minutes and it goes back to normal after a few days and the hybrid goes back to alert , I already disassembled and reassembled the entire battery, removed it and detected xinabre on the contacts and cleaned it. but the warning message still appeared, I remember that when you remove the cable from the fuse panel everything is 100% and when using the air conditioning it goes out.

Most likely you would need to change some modules. Or try to connect plus to plus minus to minus on all batteries to equalize them(keep it for a day or so). Unfortunately I didn't do that and have now on my Estima only half capacity on a new battery, but don't want to disassemble it again(too much hassle). Module change would give you at max half year life

Вольтаж. 7.6-8 норм. Разброс между всеми ячейками, а они попарно идут - не должен превышать 0.2В в хорошей машине. Т.е 16В, 15.9В - хорошо. 15.9, 15.8, 15.85, 14 - плохо
