You know, people. I get the feeling that Madara has so much respect for Hashirama because, aside from being his friend, he was the first, and until now, only, opponent that actually made him enjoy a battle. I confess, I'm kinda knew to Naruto, but the more I watched in these videos about Madara, I began to think that what he feels in the majority of his fights is...dissatisfaction. You know, people. I get the feeling that Madara has so much respect for Hashirama because, aside from being his friend, he was the first, and until now, only, opponent that actually made him enjoy a battle.
I confess, I'm kinda knew to Naruto, but the more I watched in these videos about Madara, I began to think that what he feels in the majority of his fights is...dissatisfaction. As in, in every fight he's in, he's subconsciously searching for the feeling he got during his fight with Hashirama and not finding It. Hashirama made him feel alive, and the fact that none of them can make him feel like that disappoints him.
