In the end, Garou succeeded. He successfully instilled fear in the minds of all the toxic heroes.

For a "half assed objective," Garou still got pretty strong

I won't complain about the manga (I for one liked it a lot) but I can understand where the webcomic fans are coming from. this conversation is irreplaceable, and I too wish they kept it in.

This one still tops the manga version for me, in terms of story.

I love the fact that almost everyone is wrong except Saitama. Garou clearly lost his mind despite still behaving like anti-hero at times, hurting even those that were true heroes and essentially posed no threat to him (like Mumen Rider) but it's clear that most of the Hero Association, especially S Class, is clearly corrupted

Am I the only one who hates when the heroes say "don't talk u don't understand the situation" bc the fact is they don't either, they didn't even know garou's motives but ultimately deemed him a villain

The child coming in to save Garou was a tear jerking moment. Saving Garou's life in return was the real hero moment.

Saitama is one of the humblest hero. it's sad people call him just a joke for being strong which is exactly like citizens in opm world.

I think Saitamas "If you lower the hurdle right before the goalpost" line is the most telling of the power system in one punch man. If you look for the easy way out, no matter how small of a compromise it is, you will never break your limiter like Saitama did.
