I mean he knew to use that technique from bang and bomb, calamity level God slayer fist(I don't know if he still has it or if it was just the power of monsterification), both bang and bombs style individually with perfection and all

I'd say he's as strong as when he fought Darkshine and his 2nd fight with Bang/Bomb.

Garou didn't cut his hair. In his battle against Saitama, his spiky hair turned into horns when he monsterized, and then Saitama broke them. Once he lost the fight we see that his hair is short like it is here.

I wouldn't be surprised if Garou already learned how to use the "void fist style" after just briefly fighting against it. He's already done this before.
I mean, considered he has become a monster before, and even surpass his master, and also the master's older brother, not only by techniques, but also skills and movements, i'd say, he could easily copied Suiryu techniques..
Pretty sure that if you rewatch when he becomes a monster he mention the void fist

I just rewatched this and realized Garou is taking the punches in a "Saitamish" way, almost like when you know you're fighting someone that just cant hurt you. Considering he is fighting Suiryu (clearly an S Class) + the power of the suit, and still not even needing to get serious, I would say Garou might have retained a good chunk of his full monster power.
idk, he probably doesnt maintain his durability and speed of his monsterized form, but the experience and his extreme adaptability is still there

@A Cat with a youtube channel Dude Suiryu literally one shoted A class heroes and defeated a quite strong Demon level monster, there is no single A class (besides Amai Mask) that can beat a demon in a fairly easy manner. He is definetely S class, probably stronger than tank top and even puri puri.
I like how Suiryu is still a good guy deep down, he got worried he accidentally killed Garou and desperately tried to stop the suit when it overloaded and kept striking at full force, he was also worried for the employer's life more than his own.
garou ain't a monster anymore but he can still be breaking his limiter, e.g. orochi has become monster king but there was no mention of limiter, yet garou both became a full monster and started breaking his limiter!

Doubt he could've instantly killed Suiriyu. Garou was pretty much on the ropes here. Obviously he wasn't trying all that hard but it's not like Suiriyu is a joke. He's a strong dude and went pretty crazy with that suit. But If Garou wanted to try he could probably beat him with not too much of a struggle. It's unlikely he would one shot him though. I'd say Garou's at the point where he'd get his shit rocked by Tatsumaki but could probably handle himself against Bang but not for very long if I had to guess. MAYBE he could make Bang go serious to beat him but if both sides are going all out I can't see Garou winning at all.

The webcomic didn't have the tournament arc so Suiry never met Gouketsu or Saitama before. The monster association arc added a lot of extra story in the manga which never happened in the webcomic. For example the og monster association only had 17 members.

Damn, in the manga Garou returned to his "student" phase and is now at Bang's dojo again, getting redeemed and soon-to-be a hero.
Webcomic portrayed the aftermath of his arc in a much better way. He simply settled down on his own and is now trying to live a simple life, while authorities chase after him for his past actions.

Yeah kinda disappointed with how the Manga handle his character post-Saitama fight. because in the Webcomic after getting humbled by Saitama, Garou change for the better and became neutral, which really show us how Saitama truly affecting him. Just Imagine all of his ideology and Pride got totally crushed by The One Punch Man

@@ErenDoppleganer I used wrong wording. It is not that it is "better" or "worse" in quality. Rather, such redemption thing does not fit in OPM's style. Webcomic's idea is simply more interesting while Manga's version is rather boring.
I imagine they are going to do something like "Hero Association accepted Garou's redemption, but Neo Heroes do not agree and chase after him" in manga.
In Webcomic nobody "forgave" or "accepted" him, hence he settled down and hides his identity.

Whoever thinks Suiryu is stronger/as strong or even close to Garou is just delusional. In the Anime Garou was already stronger than him. Now he is probably weaker than his awakened monster form, but his human form is now way stronger than his old human form (pre awakened). Suiryu got probably stronger too, but is maybe with the suit at 50% of garuos fullpower. I would even say 30% max. Garou is more talented, stronger, faster and has more durability. Suiryu is low class S or max. medium class S.
Suiryu never took his training serioulsy. He have more potential than Garou but don't use it.
