- If you're looking to increase your protein intake then you're in the right place. Majority of the population (especially women) under eat on protein but I've found some easy ways to incorporate more protein onto my diet. I've been hitting on average around 110g - 130g a day, mostly from whole foods. I'll show you these tips in an entertaining way of walking you through what I eat in a week, ofcourse recipes included!
I hope this video has given yo some ideas and inspiration of how to incorporate more of this super important macro nutrient in your diet.
