  • In this video, I share my experience of wearing a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) for 100 days and the valuable lessons I learned during this period. As someone interested in health and wellness, I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of how my body responds to different foods and daily activities.
Join me as I share my personal journey, the challenges I faced, and the key takeaways from wearing the device for extended period of time. I hope you learned something.
    Love x

Hi! Love this video…we use cgm in our coaching program. It’s a good way to see your relationship with food through data however tech is still not 100% accurate so just as when you ate the vegetables and still found a spike…sometimes results can be misleading….its best to refresh or allow more time to get a better reading. Overall am glad you were able to find value in using the cgm…your video is very inspiring to many people.

I got a CGM as well about 10 days ago because I have cancer and trying to test out different foods that would cause the lowest glucose spike. I am reading the Glucose Revolution by the Glucose Goddess that has a youtube channel, not sure if you've heard of her. It has been eye opening so far. Thanks for the insightful video.

I am stunned that having a salad spiked your glucose like that!!! @ 6:18 in your video

I'm a type 2 diabetic and my doctor said that he cannot prescribe a CGM for me because I'm not using insulin. I've also asked to buy it at many pharmacies and none will sell it to me!
How did you get to buy a CGM if you're not even a diabetic? If you don't mind, where do you reside? Thank you.

I'm based in the UK and I just ordered my Dexcom online directly from Dexcom UK with no subscription or anything. I assume you're in the US? I know it can be tricky getting one there but I came across Nutrisense, I think it's on subscription model and it seems like anyone can get it. I really do hope you manage to get one!

Thank you for responding. I'm in Canada and, when I first heard of a CGM I wanted one but, I don't need it any longer. I was just curious to know how you got yours ☺️
I've had type 2 diabetes for the past 22 years and was using 1000 mg Glucophage twice per day. I started 4 years ago to consume low-carb, medium-protein and fats and stopped the Glucophage so I'm controlling it without meds. The highest ever Hba1c I had was 7.3 and that was high but I'm pleased with an Hba1c under 5.7.
Thank you and God bless 🙏🌹

@@skinnydee1886 there are many companies now that sell it to you with no prescription. You just have to pay out of pocket but some of these companies are willing to reach out to your insurance and see if they will cover it it. Im in the US and just bought a 6month pack from a company called signos but there are other companies too
