Does anyone else have experiences with bias in the Tech Industry as of today?

Yes! People don’t hear you out or ask for your help or opinion on things. Everyone moves up quicker than you do. Being a person of color in tech is difficult. You also have a bunch of young people who have no life experience and no idea what they’re doing.

Why don't we just work together instead of forcing our way into a space that isn't for us. Why take the disrespect?
